00:16marketplace Louisiana and Delaware bowl game style what's the spread line here well you know in a

00:23season uh Donnie by the way to 68 ventures ball I have no idea what uh the reality is this time of

00:31year motivation right and opt-outs are your two biggest handicapping tools that you want to use

00:37when looking at these games and from everything that I can see regarding these two teams the opt-outs

00:43and other player personnel decisions yeah they're minimal they're not so we are going to get as close

00:49to the actual team that Louisiana and Lafayette and Delaware put out on the field all year long

00:57and what kind of teams are that well pretty mediocre teams at that pretty much six and six teams but

01:03there's no major dropout so what you saw during a year is what you're going to get here which is why

01:09Donnie it's one of the few bowl games that opened up at three and still sitting pretty much three we

01:15have seen some over money coming in and I think that's the best way to approach this both of these

01:21teams especially quarterback Nick Minucci of Delaware uh as well as lunch Winfield remember that name Donnie

01:29both these quarterbacks big time playmakers I don't see a lot of defensive stops in this

01:35I do agree with the over move here I like to stand on business Joe I love the college football playoff I

01:41will probably watch every minute of the college football playoff and wager on the college football

01:45playoff on the bowl games I will not watch one minute nor wager a single dollar on these meaningless

01:50games Joe when they go away we're going to get excited with that expanded playoff game number two

01:55bowl game Memphis NC State woo feel the excitement Friday at 2 30 in the afternoon a five and a half

02:01point favorite right now for NC State in the total of 57 and a half Memphis NC State I could name a single

02:07player on either one of these teams Joe so make sure you tell me the spread line what I should watch out

02:11for well yeah unlike uh the 68 Ventures Bowl there the uh the Union Home Mortgage Gasparilla Bowl

02:19which by the way one of the more fun one of the more fun bowls to go to and it doesn't matter who's

02:25playing uh the Gasparilla Bowl is pretty fun that's a uh that is a big event there but uh Memphis and

02:31NC State and everything that I am seeing here Donnie leads me to believe that the North Carolina State

02:37quarterback CJ Bailey not playing in this game uh against Memphis now we already know Memphis is in

02:44transition right their head coach out uh Ryan Silverfield is on his way to Arkansas the defensive

02:51coordinator is the guy now manning the ship and then of course uh we're going to have a lot of new

02:57faces on both sides of the ball here but we also have seen nothing but NC State money coming into this

03:05game here Donnie opened up four and a half we are starting to see six maybe even a couple of six

03:10and a half starting to come out in the marketplace and the total is starting to come down usually when

03:16we get defensive coordinators as guys that are stepping in for these bowl games we tend to see

03:21a little less scoring more concentration on the defensive side of the ball a little less on the

03:27offense so certainly getting a ton of look at the under money in this one I'm sure those first two

03:33games went over Joe standing room only tickets will be available for those games let's flip it back

03:38over to college football Fernando Mendoza is the Heisman Trophy winner still has games to play here

03:43finishing out his senior season and can he add a national championship but look at those statistics

03:49Joe 39 total touchdowns 3200 total yards here and a Heisman Trophy winner the first at Indiana University

03:56yeah I mean listen it's all they're all deserving of the accolades him the Indiana program Signetti all good to go

04:05but all of that will mean nothing if they get bounced quickly here in the college football playoff having a

04:13number one seat is great but you know what you've gone from the hunter to the hunted now let's see how that

04:20works out in the playoffs for him by the way sometimes you let success get to your head here

04:24in front of Mendoza seems like an awesome kid every time you see him interview like yo that's a guy I

04:28want to root for and then there's Diego Pavia and his family that's like I don't know if I want to root

04:33for this kid here I like the moxie but when you show up to such a prestigious event you're not the winner

04:39everybody knew you weren't going to be the winner including yourself just be gracious it it lends so much

04:44more like hey man Mendoza so deserved it instead I'm going to go to the club and write expletives

04:49about Indiana and then I'm going to take pictures being like man blankety blank these Heisman voters

04:54why though Joe that's why like why that's the question why yeah well just not uh not good uh at all

05:02and listen he's got a game plan now I guess he's now suing for yet another year of eligibility and

05:09millions in NIL money uh I get it you know I just don't know if any of these guys are quarterback

05:16worthy in the NFL that's going to be the interesting question Donnie yeah because I mean you look at the

05:22landscape of college football and I guess like some of these judges you can just have lawsuits in the

05:26back yeah play till you're 50 because some anti-trust lawsuit at this point right now and we'll see if

05:31it works out in his favor how about the army navy game on Saturday Joe 17-16 final army gets the cover

05:37navy gets the victory horvath threw a touchdown pass to heidenreich late and also scored a

05:41touchdown of his own carried 34 times for 107 sounds like a high school football game right there

05:47well it looked at at times too I mean uh turnovers uh there were both teams had multiple opportunities

05:54to blow this game wide open Donnie and neither could get it done uh and navy had an opportunity in

06:01a couple of drives but you know interceptions tip passes uh fumbles uh it wasn't the cleanest of

06:08games but it certainly was hard hitting and you could tell uh they left it all out on the field

06:14both those teams did I love it it's great pageantry hopefully continues I do like it when it's in

06:19Philadelphia I think it just means more because while it's in Philadelphia just to take a shot at

06:23Baltimore it is what it is Joe quick ball preview tomorrow night Troy Jacksonville State two and a half

06:27point favorite for Troy in this one 46 and a half down from the opening number Joe at 50 and a half

06:31any quick thoughts on Troy and Jacksonville State the Gamecocks yeah the under keeps getting crushed too

06:38uh on the bottom there so yeah I would uh I would continue to look I think it's going to drop even a

06:44little further there are some question marks as far as who is playing in this game some injury concerns

06:51for both teams yeah I think the under might be the best look here Friday night from Oklahoma that's

06:58the 19th Joe we're gonna have 50 degree temperatures winds sustained at 15 plus miles an hour at Oklahoma

07:04and a total at 40 and a half we got all week to get ready for that football game
