Rob Reiner and Michele Reiner Singer’s Son Arrested after Couple Found Dead in ‘apparent homicide’

Nick Reiner, 32, was arrested hours after his parents, prolific director-actor Rob Reiner and producer and photographer Michele Singer Reiner, were found dead in an apparent homicide.

00:00Yesterday at 12, December 14th, about 3.40 in the afternoon, LAPD responded to a residence,

00:09the residence of Rob and Michelle Reiner, located in West Los Angeles Division.

00:15At that location, they found two deceased adults, a male and a female.

00:20Through the night, working with the coroner's office, they were able to identify them definitively as Rob and Michelle Reiner.

00:27We have our Robbery Homicide Division handling the investigation.

00:31They worked throughout the night on this case and were able to take into custody Nick Reiner, a suspect in this case.

00:41He was subsequently booked for murder and is being held on $4 million bail.
