00:13Through a post on his social media ex, Arce addressed a letter sent by President Maduro and expressed his words and support which were a source of strength in these difficult times in which political persecution has been unleashed in Bolivia at the behest of imperialism and the extreme right.
00:33In this regard, Arce added, we are willing to pay the price for our struggle for the Bolivian people. We are not fleeing and we are here to continue fighting for the dignity and sovereignty of our great homeland.
00:46Moreover, the former Bolivian head of state also stressed the walls of the San Pedro prison where I am unjustly and illegally detained will not prevent me from expressing my solidarity in the face of the United States military siege and provocation against the brave people of Venezuela.
