00:16Hey guys, it's Ally for Hollywood Life, and Selena has been announced to host this year's We Day,

00:21a one-day event that encourages young people to take action on social issues.

00:25Other appearances will include Demi Lovato and DJ Khaled.

00:28Now, recall, Selena is a We Day veteran.

00:31This is where all of those rumors started about her and Orlando Bloom getting together to get revenge on Justin Bieber.

00:37Back in 2012, Jelena had one of their many splits,

00:40and Justin allegedly went on a date with Orlando's then-wife, Miranda Kerr,

00:44after his appearance at the VS Fashion Show.

00:46Justin also fueled those rumors by posting a picture of Miranda on his Instagram.

00:51Well, that supposed affair led to this infamous 2014 confrontation in Ibiza,

00:56where Justin allegedly taunted Orlando about how good Miranda is in bed.

01:01That's when Orlando tried to punch Justin.

01:03Anyway, the whole Justin-Miranda situation may have led to the breakup of Orlando's marriage in 2013,

01:10which, of course, much later paved the way for those photos of Orlando's penis

01:14paddleboarding with Katy Perry in the Caribbean.

01:16But more relevantly, the affair also led to Selena and Orlando taking this infamous smoke break together at We Day 2014,

01:23which then started romance rumors.

01:25Those rumors seemed to be confirmed in 2016,

01:28when Sel and Orlando were spotted in a very tight embrace at this club in Las Vegas,

01:33but neither star ever commented.

01:35So that is the real story of We Day, guys.

01:38Plus, like, it's a good cause and everything.

01:40Segway, Perry Edwards loves Sel's new Netflix show, 13 Reasons, writing,

01:45I feel like every person going to school or high school should watch it.

01:48Life is too short, and there's always someone you could talk to.

02:15The Weeknd mentioned his fear of marriage to GQ in February,
