Tottenham head coach Thomas Frank insists that every club needs key people for a long time to be successful.

00:22One thing I'm pretty good at, I'm good at analyzing things, and also good to, I know what good looks like, and I know where we should get.

00:33And one thing is 1,000% sure, we haven't seen any club be successful unless they had key people in the right decisions for a long time.
