Ukraine says it has struck a Russian “shadow fleet” oil tanker in the Mediterranean, about 2,000 kilometers from its borders. The vessel was reportedly empty but badly damaged. The so-called shadow fleet consists of unregulated tankers used to move Russian oil and evade Western sanctions.
