00:00It's been a busy day, busy week. Christmas Eve's the hardest day, but yesterday was nuts, trying to get organized for today as well.
00:08So yeah, we'll go through probably five ton of prawns, just under 3,000 dozen oysters.
00:17Local lobsters, we're a few hundred kilos of them. Western Australia lobsters this year as well.
00:23So yeah, we've got some big numbers coming through.
00:25It was slow in the months leading up to Christmas, but Christmas time is a time for everyone just to spend up.
00:32They're getting family and friends together, so they'll save their pennies all year and make sure that they enjoy their Christmas.
00:39Opened at 6 o'clock, or 6 a.m.
00:42We left last night at about 10, getting here 1 o'clock the night before, and I was back here at 12.30 this morning last night.
00:52So about two hours sleep and back into it.
00:55So it's that time of year, we've got to do it.
00:57They started lining up probably about quarter to five this morning.
01:01Lines, look, early morning it's always probably about an hour each line.
01:07But look, by 12 o'clock it normally dies down and you might be 15, 20 minutes, half hour.
01:12We've got some kingfish, local kingfish, and some salmon and some prawns and a bit of squid as well.
01:18They're like, oh, look, it's going to be a seafood feast.
01:21We'll have salads and fish and lots of sugar and hopefully some sunshine.
01:28Just enjoy the beach afterwards.
01:31All right.
