00:00A'udhu billahi min ash-shaytani r-zim, Bismillahi r-Rahmani r-Rahim, Maddi l-Yasi'i Ya Resul-i Kerim-i Habibul Azim, Maddi l-Yasi'i Ya Sultan Ya'ul-i Ya Şeyh-i Hammukla Azim Haqqani, Maddi l-Yasi'i Ya Manani, Şeyh-i Şah-i Şah-i Şah-i Şah-i Şah-i Şah-i Şah-i Şah-i Şah-i Şah-i Şah-i Şah-i Şah-i Şah-i Şah.
00:30And I'm not claiming to be anything and asking Allah's rahmah and mercy that Allah forgive
00:43us and dress us and bless us and that everything we do is out of imitation and imitating the
00:51way of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is highest level of achievement is to carry the Sunnah of Prophet
00:58ﷺ, the love and muhabbat of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
01:02And reminder always for myself that our way is a way of adab and teaching if we have new
01:08faces here tonight that our way is different way that the turuqs and the ahlat tariqah
01:15their emphasis is on the adab and the character of people themselves and their students who wish
01:22to follow.
01:23We believe that based on that character every ni'mat can open that all the memorizing in
01:30the world of Holy Qur'an and memorizing of Holy Hadith if the adab and the character is
01:36not good has no value in Allah's define the presence.
01:41Two issues is that when Allah says within Holy Qur'an that we are going to raise you with
01:46your imam.
01:47So, there's a day in which Allah is going to raise us with our imam, inshaAllah if that
01:55imam is good then we should be in a good condition.
01:59If that imam is bad or that we don't have an imam shaitan is our imam.
02:04So, means it's a big difficulty and a burden and in this holy night of maghfirah and forgiveness
02:12yes reminder for ourselves that there was an imam.
02:18There was an imam called shaitan and his uloom and his knowledge was something that he acquired
02:26himself.
02:27It's an important understanding for myself always as a reminder the uloom of Azazil was in which
02:40he was teaching himself acquiring his knowledge and from dunya he was elevating with his knowledge
02:48towards the samah that he had learned many things.
02:55He had prostrated everywhere.
02:57They say wherever you walk there's a prostration from shaitan that he had prostrated every place
03:04of this earth, his worshipness was very strong.
03:08He started to seek his knowledges in which he was training himself.
03:13He was acquiring those knowledges.
03:17As a result of these knowledges he's moving towards the heaven and he begins to teach the
03:22malaika.
03:23An important understanding that the malaika were impressed by the knowledge that shaitan had.
03:31At that time he wasn't shaitan, he's a jinn and a tremendous amount of knowledge he had
03:36acquired and malaika were learning from that knowledge.
03:40But what happened in this whole event with the creation of Sayyidina Adam is that the
03:47malaika as a result of studying from shaitan they began to acquire the characteristics of shaitan
03:54, where they had shak and doubt because when Allah created and was going to create
04:01the form of Sayyidina Adam , malaika came and questioned.
04:06When malaika are not supposed to have any question, it's so minna wa'atana .
04:10They hear and they obey.
04:12They came and they heard and they said that, what is this creation of Allah that you're
04:16going to create and that it's going to create bloodshed on earth?
04:20It means they had shak and had doubt, who they got that shak and doubt from is their teacher.
04:28That's why Allah is warning, I'm going to raise you with your imam because your imam is
04:33dressing you with his character, dressing you with his akhlaq, not only dressing you from
04:39his uloom and his knowledge because the knowledge maybe everybody has a certain level of knowledge
04:45but the character and the manners is going to be dressed upon that person.
04:50Are you going to be a rude person with the knowledge that you have?
04:53If the imam is rude, he teaches you how to be rude.
04:57If the imam is vulgar and harsh, he's going to teach the jama'at to be vulgar and harsh.
05:03He's multiplying his character wherever he goes.
05:08That means for us it's a tremendous warning and tremendous understanding that not only
05:14the knowledge is being conveyed to me but most important the character because I'm watching
05:20the character.
05:21That how he's acting, how he's talking, how he interacts with people.
05:25Does he think people are below him and that there are other people above him or does he
05:30think he's the lowest one?
05:32And that he is here to serve Allah's creation, not to judge them.
05:36The first of usool is not to judge, not to be sharikh.
05:41This is the biggest sharikh is to come and sit and judge Allah's creation, Allah created
05:46that creation.
05:47We are here merely to be a khatim and servant of Allah , inshaAllah he accepts us.
05:52Means they begin to teach.
05:55So when shaitan is teaching malaika they're beginning to have doubt and shock.
06:01And when Allah is enough he knows this creation, he knows what shaitan is doing, he knows the
06:06uloom that shaitan is rising himself and say, I'm going to show his uloom in one shot.
06:12In one test I'm going to send him and it will show his entire knowledge that had no yaqeen.
06:20It was just empty knowledge.
06:22If he had yaqeen he would have known the light that was within Sayyidina Adam .
06:26As soon as Allah brought the creation of Sayyidina Adam , put into him from that
06:32breath which was what breath?
06:34Was Nur Muhammad ﷺ.
06:35The hadith of Prophet ﷺ, I was a Rasul before Adam was between clay and water.
06:42The Risalat of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ was first, is qadeem.
06:48But nobody talks to Allah , they talk to Rasulullah ﷺ.
06:54That nur, that light, Allah , I'm going to bring it and put it into the khalifa.
07:00That khalifa is going to be the supreme khalifa.
07:03He is going to be the mu'allim because this is the light of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
07:08As soon as the light came into Sayyidina Adam , alama isma kullha means Allah , that
07:14light alama al-Qur'an khalaq al-insan is already filled with the light and the knowledges
07:21of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ because he was Rasul before.
07:26So Allah already taught alama al-Qur'an khalaq al-insan already taught all the knowledges
07:33to Prophet ﷺ.
07:34So Nur al-Muhammadi ﷺ went into Sayyidina Adam , immediately malaika, they saw that light
07:43and went into sujood.
07:45They went into sujood, the knowledges and the light, the blessings of this light, they understood
07:51its reality is from a hijab that they don't have access to.
07:57That way Isra al-Mirar, Sayyidina Jibreel said, we have a hut.
08:01We don't go beyond the hut or we become non-existent.
08:07They saw that light from the hut come into Sayyidina Adam .
08:12That light gave all the knowledges, ulumul awwaleen wa akireen and malaikat understood
08:19this is alama .
08:22This knowledge Allah conveyed, alama is from Allah to the servant.
08:29So other knowledge was from dunya to Allah.
08:33From dunya to Allah when you begin to read what happens?
08:37You begin to think you're better than other people.
08:40You memorize two hadith, three hadith, before they were memorizing 6,000 hadith, 300,000
08:47hadith.
08:48Today if somebody memorizes 10 hadith they become arrogant, they become violent, they become
08:54intolerant.
08:55Why?
08:56Because this is the dress of shaitan dressing them.
09:00That this knowledge you are acquiring from the ground trying to reach the heaven without
09:05tarbiya, without training, without shaykhs, without imams, without anybody testing you,
09:11you are becoming arrogant from this knowledge.
09:14You are now taking the characteristic of your imam.
09:18That imam is shaitan.
09:19So when you understand the character of shaitan he was arrogant.
09:24He didn't like Adam and Bani Adam and anything to do with Adam and he said, only for me is
09:28Allah .
09:31And anytime you hear that belief shaitan is mixed in it.
09:36But I don't have to respect anyone.
09:39I don't have to listen to anyone, I memorize 10 hadith, with that 10 hadith, I'm going
09:47to fix the whole world and I'm going to tell everybody who has belief and who is a kuffar
09:52.
09:54With that small knowledge.
09:57And they warn us, oh if you're coming from dunya to get to the heavens shaitan going to
10:01be playing with you.
10:03That's what Allah described from Ashab al-Kahf, the know, he attained a rahmah.
10:10Those whom alamahu , where Allah gives the alam and the knowledge, they attained
10:16the rahmah.
10:17It means what?
10:18They are under the tarbiya of shayyukh and the shayyukh have to have the characteristic
10:25of what you imagine Prophet ﷺ's character.
10:29How can an imam not have the characteristic of Prophet ﷺ?
10:33Can you cheat?
10:34Can you steal?
10:36Can you backbite?
10:37Can you plan and make conspiracies?
10:39Is this from the character of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ?
10:42Khuluq al-Azim, Allah describe Prophet ﷺ from his azimat that your khuluq, your character
10:50is beyond imagination for Allah to say.
10:54Allah to say that to Prophet ﷺ means what a rahmah, what a mercy.
11:00Whatever you did of difficulty to Prophet ﷺ he never showed it ﷺ.
11:05He never destroyed people, he never made lahnat against people, he never made any conspiracies
11:10against people.
11:12He only wanted his ummah, ummah, ummah that I want to pray for them, if they do bad for me
11:18they don't know who I am Ya Rabbi, forgive them, I want only good for them.
11:23Means that character of Prophet ﷺ we are in search of.
11:27That if we have an imam like that, a teacher like that, they're trying to teach us the way
11:32of Prophet ﷺ, Allah will grant you a rahmah.
11:36Wa ma'arsalna fa rahmatan lil'alim.
11:37Means the shaykhs and the shaykhs, they're teaching their students, be good, be kind,
11:47have good manners.
11:48You'll know the shaykh by looking at his students.
11:51They're trained, constantly trained that don't lie, don't cheat, don't steal.
11:56How are you going to be presented to Prophet ﷺ like that?
12:00And they begin to see their softness, their lovingness, their kindness.
12:04And then they come and say, Shaykh I've been oppressed, they say, be quiet, Prophet ﷺ
12:07was most oppressed, I've been lied to, keep quiet.
12:11Allah showing that Prophet ﷺ was the most one that harmed by his people because they
12:16have good advice.
12:17They don't tell you to go out and seek vengeance and go out and harm somebody and plan and plot
12:22against somebody.
12:24They begin to convey the real characteristics of Prophet ﷺ.
12:28And then what Allah described?
12:29They attained the rahmah .
12:31That Allah's ridha and satisfaction dresses them.
12:34As soon as Allah dressed them, means rohaniyat al-Nabi ﷺ is constantly with them, is constantly
12:42dressing them, constantly blessing them.
12:46And they begin to have the light of Prophet ﷺ.
12:48Then what Allah described as Sayyidina Khidr ﷺ, alamahu .
12:52Then we taught him the knowledges of ilm al-laduni, from the heavenly knowledges.
12:59Means that now the world is not wanting to clean themselves, not wanting to perfect themselves,
13:04not wanting to have any good character.
13:07Read a few books, come out as a mufti and go out now attack everybody.
13:11Oh, this way, this way of attaining a rahmah is you come and get crushed.
13:18You come and get tested.
13:19You come and spend a lifetime of Allah testing you, crushing you, annihilating you to be nothing.
13:26And they want to see khushya, they want to see your softness and your loveness.
13:31That if you think you're sweet, how come when somebody squeezes you, you become so sour?
13:37Allah is going to test, if you're sweet, I'm going to squeeze you and only sweetness
13:43should come from you.
13:46This in this night, what we're asking Ya Rabbi is keep us in the company of those whom
13:51you love.
13:52Keep us in the character and the way of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ because Allah's qadab is coming
13:58onto earth.
14:00And that qadab nobody can hide from it, nobody can fake it.
14:05Nobody can pretend into Allah , no, no, I Ya Rabbi, I'm a great one.
14:09Allah knows what's in the heart, Allah knows what's in the character.
14:12We don't want the uloom and the character of shayateen but we want the character of Sayyidina
14:18Muhammad ﷺ.
14:19If you have the love and the character of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, isn't Allah going to give
14:24you every uloom, every knowledge, whatever you want He's going to be dressing you from.
14:28Why?
14:29We want the love for Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
14:31Subhanahu rabbika rabbal izzati amal yasikun.
14:33Wa salamun ala mursaleen.
14:35Wa hamdulillahi rabbil alimena.
14:37Bi hurmati Muhammad al-Mustafa wa bi siri suratul-fatiha.
