00:00Several dozen people have been killed and around 100 injured in a fire that spread across a bar in the Swiss skiing resort of Kranz, Montana, during a New Year party.
00:14The Italian Foreign Ministry stated that around 40 people were killed, citing Swiss police.
00:30The blaze started around 1.30 a.m. at Le Constellation Bar, where more than 100 people had gathered according to police.
00:54Earlier reports described an explosion, but police later characterized the event as a fire of undetermined origin.
01:06Russia targeted Ukraine with over 200 drones in the latest strike on New Year's Eve, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Thursday.
