00:01Legal Trouble has once again placed Will Smith in the spotlight.

00:04This time, it's tied to his 2025 music tour.

00:08A violinist who performed alongside the actor-rapper has filed a lawsuit alleging ****** harassment,

00:14retaliation and wrongful termination.

00:17Brian King Joseph, a well-known violinist and former America's Got Talent finalist,

00:22has sued Will Smith and Trayball Studios' management in Los Angeles County Superior

00:27Court.

00:28According to the filing, Joseph was first hired in November 2024 and later invited to

00:33join Smith's based on a True Story 2025 tour and contribute to his upcoming album.

00:40The lawsuit claims Smith made personal remarks that suggested a special bond, including allegedly

00:46saying, ''You and I have such a special connection that I don't have with anyone else.''

00:52The complaint highlights an incident he faced in March 2025.

00:56During the tour's Las Vegas schedule and Joseph alleged that his hotel room key went missing

01:01for hours and that only management had access of.

01:05And when he returned to his room, he claimed someone had entered without his permission.

01:11According to the lawsuit, items left behind included wipes, a bottle of HIV medication with another

01:16person's name, hospital paperwork and a written note which read, ''Brian, I'll be back, just

01:22us.''

01:23With a heart drawn and signed, ''Stone F.''

01:25Joseph says he feared someone would return to his room for ****** activity.

01:31He then reported the incident to Otill Security, a non-emergency police line and Smith's representatives.

01:37Days later, Joseph claims management had accused him of lying and terminated his role on the

01:43tour.

01:45Joseph alleges emotional distress, PTSD and financial loss and is seeking damages to be decided by

01:51a jury.

01:52Meanwhile, Will Smith's attorney has denied all allegations, calling them false, baseless

01:58and reckless and said legal action will be taken to address the claims.
