Everton manager David Moyes responds to the decision by the Premier League's Key Match Incidents Panel that his side was wrongly denied a penalty in their 1-0 defeat to Arsenal, saying 'it's football'.The panel voted 3-2 that VAR should have sent the referee to the monitor after William Saliba and Thierno Barry collided in the penalty box.
