00:00again i'm not um up on the state of the high street but uh so basically yeah shops are closing
00:06down i suppose more and more because of online shopping i would have assumed and price of living
00:11i suppose goes combined and it just must be horrible for those people whose jobs you know
00:18are at risk it must be um due to the cost of i don't know what happens when you have a shop here
00:26um you've got you know council rates you've got i don't know how it works in terms of um
00:33costs of shops but obviously they they are very expensive and that's why these places are closing
00:38down used years ago we had a sainsbury's where uh sorry we had a safeway where now sainsbury's is
00:48that became a morrison's that closed down for two years all of those shops then closed down i think
00:55they're now in the ascendant actually
