In Season 8 of The Rookie, John Nolan continues to navigate the complexities of being the "oldest rookie" turned seasoned training officer. After the explosive events of the previous season, the Mid-Wilshire division faces a new wave of organized crime that threatens the safety of the entire city.

As Chenford fans look for answers, Lopez and Harper dive into their most dangerous undercover mission yet, and Nolan must mentor a new batch of rookies who are more unpredictable than ever. With internal affairs breathing down their necks and a ghost from the past resurfacing, the team must stick together or fall apart. The city of angels is burning, and only the boys (and girls) in blue can put out the fire.

00:00Honeymoon, day one!
00:02Just wanted a normal honeymoon.
00:04Time's up, boot.
00:06You find a place to live?
00:08Let me introduce you to my new landlord.
00:10Spill it. What's going on with you and Lucy?
00:12She's taking the sergeant's exam.
00:14So you two can get back together.
00:16I've been doing a lot of thinking.
00:18Okay. And you should move in with me.
00:20So we can give us, uh, a real shot.
00:24Simply put, the U.S. government has been leveraged.
00:27Leveraged by who?
00:29Monica.
00:33Miss me?
00:59They just landed at the hotel.
01:11Good.
01:13Good afternoon. I am FBI Supervisory Special Agent Matthew Garza, and this is Detective Nyla Harper from the Los Angeles Police Department.
01:31Now, we are D-Day, H-hour, and a fast-moving multi-country operation.
01:35All the luggage together, please. Reservation under Stevens.
01:37You know, I still don't understand why I can't have my own room.
01:41Yes, you do.
01:42Hashtag we don't trust you.
01:43As part of her immunity deal, Monica Stevens has agreed to help the FBI, LAPD, and Interpol track down and arrest several high-value criminal and terrorist targets operating inside and outside the United States.
01:55You know, here I thought I was doing you a favor, getting you a European vacation on America's dime.
01:59Yes, because your sense of charity is legendary.
02:01Fine. You know, be a hater. But whether you believe it or not, I am here solely to help law enforcement get a legendary weapons trafficker off the streets.
02:11Yeah, we're still gonna watch you like a hawk.
02:14Given Monica's unrepentant duplicity, we have assigned Officer John Nolan and Lieutenant Bailey Noon to babysit.
02:21Our first target, Lucas Wegner.
02:24Some of you are already aware of Wegner. He's had a red notice since 2023 for selling FIM-92J Stinger missiles, as well as a dozen outstanding arrest warrants in California.
02:33Monica contacted Wegner last week on behalf of a fictional buyer to arrange a pass-through purchase of a battalion's worth of heavy weapons.
02:40Their meeting has yet to be set, but Ziggins suggests that Wegner is coming into town tomorrow.
02:44And it is known that he travels with a hardcore security detail, so we're gonna need this takedown to be fast and overwhelming.
02:51Simultaneously, the LAPD, MI5, and Berlin police will be executing raids on Wegner's operations in their respective cities.
02:57All in all, this needs to be the smoothest operation any of us have ever pulled off.
03:02And it all relies on our ability to control Monica Stevens, the poster child, for chaos theories. So, say a prayer.
03:10Oh!
03:11I'm taking the bigger room.
03:13Hey!
03:14Just, let her, we're gonna be sleeping in shifts anyway. Would you, in the other room,
03:32Chikui?
03:33Yes, sir.
03:34You know, Monica is not wrong. We could add a few days onto the back of our assignment here and turn this trip into a real second honeymoon.
03:41I love it! I mean, clearly we're gonna have to find a cheaper hotel room, but I love it!
03:47Is that velvet?
03:53Hey! How was the night shift?
03:55Three words. Strippers versus clowns.
03:59So many questions, starting with how, why, and who won.
04:03Who knows, who knows, and, uh, the strippers, obviously. And for the record, a crying clown is in fact the creepiest clown.
04:11Great. Well, I'm just finishing up a workout before my shift. Want to join? It'll help balance you before bed.
04:17I really should.
04:18I mean, unless, you know, you need to save your energy for an early morning booty call.
04:23Please, that is not happening.
04:27Wait, Tucson asked you out now that you're fellow sergeants?
04:30Nope.
04:31I mean, what the hell? Uh, it's been three days since he made you a feast and left.
04:36Well, to be fair, I, I, I did fall asleep.
04:39It doesn't matter. It's not okay to leave you hanging. I, I'm gonna talk to him.
04:43No, don't do it. Then you should.
04:48Seriously, I, I love you both, but you have the same exact problem.
04:52You suck at having hard conversations.
04:54I do not. Okay, look, what if Lucy falling asleep? Was the universe sending me a sign that I was moving too fast asking her to move in with me?
05:01The universe? You sound like Selena.
05:02God forbid.
05:03Do not knock that girl. She's in touch with her feelings and a great communicator, whereas you suck.
05:09You said that already.
05:10Listen to me.
05:12Nature abhors a vacuum. So if you don't take care of your relationship, I will.
05:17Well, short of hanging a bell around Monica's neck, she's locked down tight for the night.
05:23How's the task force going?
05:24So far, everyone is working and playing well together.
05:26Hey, mama. How's Prague?
05:28Stunning.
05:29The food is a little cream heavy for my taste, but I'm still eating way too much of it.
05:33Has James called yet for help?
05:34Nope. He's a pro. Got those kids all squared away.
05:37All right. All right. Can we focus on the task at hand, please?
05:39I will call you later.
05:41Take the move in quickly here.
05:42Wagner could call to set the meeting for as soon as tomorrow.
05:45That could be a problem. We haven't been able to locate Wagner's main base of operations.
05:48I thought we had solid intel that he was working out of the port of Los Angeles.
05:52We do, but the port is 7,500 acres with 25 cargo terminals, 15 marinas, and five rail yards.
05:58Like trying to find a baby tick on a mule deer.
06:01Nah, I don't get that analogy.
06:03Oh, you see, mule deers are big and baby ticks.
06:05Enough!
06:06Okay. I hate to say move faster, but move faster.
06:09If we take out Wagner, but leave U.S. leadership in place, his network and those weapons, we'll live on without him.
06:15Understood. We'll dig in.
06:17Good.
06:18All right, so what's the plan?
06:20Shake the trees harder, see if we can get a location.
06:22We do that and we risk alerting Wagner that we're looking.
06:24Do you have a better idea?
06:25I bet good money that Wagner's got people working at the port.
06:28You know, eyes and ears to keep their operations safe.
06:37That's actually a solid idea, Smitty.
06:39I have my moments.
06:40I can pull mug shots for all known associates.
06:42Then we stake up the port, grab up the first recognizable face.
06:45Good.
06:46Do it.
06:47Everybody get in plain clothes and be ready for some serious OT.
06:50Now, let's get to it.
06:52Hey, kid.
06:53Got a minute?
06:54No, I really don't, sir.
06:55Oh, great.
06:56Listen, I wanted to give you a heads up.
06:58Shangri-La is starting at HOA and it's going to be a fee.
07:03Hold on.
07:04The parking lot we all sleep in is starting a homeowner's association.
07:07That's what I just said.
07:08And you're going to start charging me rent?
07:10No.
07:11Not rent.
07:12It's a fee to live there.
07:13But that's what...
07:14How much is this fee?
07:17$900 a month.
07:18$900?
07:19Now, I know that seems like a lot, but there's going to be a ton of upgrades.
07:22Boot.
07:23Snap to you. You got profiles to pull.
07:24Yes, sir. Sorry.
07:25We'll talk about this later.
07:26I'm marking you down as a yes.
07:27No, you're not.
07:28Agree to disagree.
07:38They're all clean.
07:39Yeah, or they're just not in our system.
07:53So...
07:54If you're going to ask me about Lucy, don't.
07:56No, I wasn't.
07:57It's just, Smitty's planning to start charging me rent. He can't do that, right?
08:10His cousin is the department's facilities manager.
08:13Meaning?
08:14Meaning he controls every station parking lot in Los Angeles.
08:18So if I say no, what, Smitty kicks me out?
08:25Wait, hold on. I know that face.
08:28Green hat?
08:29Yeah, green hat.
08:31That's Christian Lobo.
08:35Street team be advised, suspect Christian Lobo is on his way out to you.
08:38Hispanic male, 6 feet, 180 pounds.
08:40Black t-shirt, blue jeans, currently on parole for assault with a deli.
08:43Deli, he's driving a blue Toyota license plate 3 Ida David William 674.
08:49He's hitting on off.
08:50Copy that, 7 out, 100.
08:51Operation Bottleneck is in motion.
08:53Remember, we need to grab a Lobo before he can make a call and alert the others.
08:56Don't worry, I sweet-talked the gearheads into lending us a cell phone jammer.
09:00As soon as we see the car, we'll hit him with it.
09:02As long as he's within 50 yards, his phone's a paperweight.
09:06No, baby, I'm never tired of you.
09:07I just gotta hit the crib, make myself pretty.
09:10Come on, baby, you know you're pretty no matter what.
09:12I kinda like you all dirty and...
09:19The target has arrived.
09:20Just get that fine ass over him.
09:26Liv?
09:27Alright, he's jammed. Let's go.
09:29Police! Show me your hands!
09:34Show me your hands!
09:40Show me hands!
09:42We lost containment. Lobo's heading west on beach.
09:44We can't let him get out of jammer range. Go!
09:50Come on!
09:53He's getting away!
09:54No, he's not.
09:55No, let him get out!
09:56I'm not!
09:57No, come on!
09:58No, we'll be stitched up.
09:59Oh, come on!
10:00Oh, come on!
10:04Oh, come on!
10:07Holy!
10:09He's in the pit.
10:12Let him go!
10:13Oh, come on!
10:15Oh!
10:16Oh!
10:17Oh, come on!
10:18We've got a priority one case for an X lab.
10:31The second an OR frees up.
10:32Are you ready?
10:33One, two, three.
10:34Good.
10:38Hey, I need to talk to him.
10:40Yeah, when we're done.
10:41No, now.
10:42He needs surgery.
10:42You can question him later.
10:43I am questioning him now.
10:45What is going on?
10:46This patient has information that's time critical to a major operation.
10:50Getting him into surgery is what's time critical.
10:52You don't even have an OR yet, doctor.
10:54Wade, you're going to need to wait.
10:55I can't.
10:55Hey, son, answer one question, and I'll let them take you to surgery.
10:58Wade, this is our patient.
11:00If you do not allow us to treat him, I will have to file it.
11:02Just get away from my patients.
11:02Give me a minute.
11:03Give me a minute.
11:04Which terminal does Wegner use to store weapons?
11:07I can't.
11:08You can't.
11:09Wade.
11:10You tell me now, and we won't press charges.
11:12Wade, stop.
11:13Tell me.
11:14OR2 is open.
11:15Tell me.
11:178 p.m.
11:18Take him.
11:20Let's go.
11:20Let's go.
11:22Take your stairway.
11:24I can't believe you did that.
11:34Did he give you anything?
11:38Yeah, although I'm definitely sleeping on the couch for the next six months.
11:41The Wegner operates out of the APM terminal.
11:43Great, what section?
11:45That's 400 acres.
11:47It's better than what we had before.
11:48Get your surveillance team in place and take Wesley with you.
11:51Why?
11:53He's scrappy, but he's not much help in an armed complex.
11:55If this goes to trial, Wegner's going to have an army of lawyers.
11:59We need to make sure our side of the street is spotless.
12:02Yes, sir.
12:02Oh, any word on when the prog meeting will take place?
12:05Not yet, but they're working around the clock.
12:11Good morning.
12:31I was just going to grab a coffee downstairs.
12:33You didn't want to wake us.
12:35So sweet.
12:36John, isn't Monica just so thoughtful?
12:38Does it count if you only think about yourself?
12:41This is ridiculous.
12:43Do you really expect me to sit around waiting for Wegner's call?
12:45Yes.
12:46You know, Prague is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
12:49Don't you want to see it?
12:51I mean, kind of.
12:53Our job is to keep an eye on her.
12:55No one ever said where.
12:56We're in the middle of an international sting operation.
12:59We're not going sightseeing.
13:00Why not?
13:01Because if Wegner is having you watched,
13:03seeing you with us could spook him.
13:05Easy.
13:06You're my assistant, and you're my bodyguard.
13:08Honestly, it would be more suspicious
13:10if I was seen walking around without an entourage.
13:12That works.
13:15Fine.
13:15But only for an hour.
13:17Before we go anywhere, you need new clothes.
13:20Everyone who works for me needs a certain level of sophistication.
13:22Even the hired muscle.
13:24What's wrong with what I wear?
13:25Wait, you look great.
13:27It's just not, like, sophisticated.
13:29Hi.
13:29I need a few things sent up.
13:32Come right in.
13:35What is happening?
13:37Concierge reached out to a few boutiques on our behalf.
13:40Explain how much we value our privacy.
13:42Is this a rich people shop?
13:45Oh, this is nice.
13:46Oh, that color's perfect for you.
13:48Try these.
13:49I can choose my own clothes.
13:51Thank you very much.
13:52Oh, try this.
13:54Yes, dear.
13:56Hop to it.
13:57Absolutely not.
14:06It's fair.
14:08Well, this is not bad.
14:09For sure that's not a woman's coat.
14:11That's a no.
14:14Turn around.
14:15This is giving more nightclub.
14:17Oof.
14:18I don't know that I can pull off this much reptile.
14:22Change.
14:23Maybe with a different...
14:28No.
14:30No more outfits.
14:31No more opinions.
14:33This is it.
14:34I guess it'll have to do.
14:36How are you paying for all this, anyway?
14:38You've been on the run for a year.
14:40We'll charge it to the room, which the government is paying for.
14:43By the time they get the bill, the operation will have been a success,
14:45and all will be forgiven.
14:47For you, maybe.
14:49I will most certainly get yelled at.
14:51I'd call that a win-win.
14:53Shall we?
14:54Let's go.
14:55We have eyes in the sky.
15:00Teams, check in.
15:02Seven Lincoln, 13.
15:04In position.
15:05Two, three, three, one.
15:06In position.
15:07Seven Lincoln, nine in the hizzy.
15:10Hizzy?
15:11What is this, 1992?
15:12Ignore him.
15:13All personnel, tag anyone who comes and goes.
15:16We have off-campus units ready to check Dale.
15:18Copy.
15:18Copy.
15:19Oh, shizzle.
15:20Oh, shizzle.
15:22I mean, was he dropped on his head as a child?
15:24Repeatedly would be my guess.
15:28So, what do we do now?
15:29We just sit here?
15:31Stakeouts can be an opportunity for people to really talk.
15:36Discuss their issues.
15:41Is there something that we need to talk about?
15:44No.
15:45Good.
15:46We're not the problem.
15:48Hold this.
15:50What?
15:50You'll be good.
15:52Angela, where are you going?
15:54Okay.
15:58What are you doing?
15:59Miles, Selena needs help.
16:01Sure thing.
16:01For what?
16:03Snacks.
16:03Got it.
16:06Oh, um, what kind of snacks?
16:10What is this?
16:11Have you talked to Lucy yet?
16:13No.
16:14I'm working and she's asleep.
16:16That's not an excuse.
16:17No, it's two.
16:19Also, we have a job to do and I outrank you.
16:21I told you, nature abhors a vacuum.
16:28Why are you so scared to talk to her?
16:30I'm not.
16:31Okay?
16:31It just needs to be the right time.
16:33You're putting way too much pressure on this.
16:35I know you're terrified of screwing up again, but you can't let it paralyze you.
16:39I'm not.
16:40You are.
16:41And I get it.
16:42You sabotage your relationship with Lucy to punish yourself for your failures.
16:45But you work through all that.
16:47So it's time to get out of your head and into your...
16:49Into my heart.
16:51Yeah.
16:51You mock.
16:51But that's exactly what you need.
16:53So how exactly did you get your hands on top-secret intel to leverage against the U.S. government?
17:10I shouldn't say.
17:12But you will, because you need to show us how smart you are.
17:14I do not, but I am.
17:18Do you remember that bus hijacking?
17:20That was you?
17:21I was on that bus.
17:22We were on that bus.
17:23Oh, I know.
17:24When I heard, I was sure the LAPD was on to me.
17:28No, it's just dumb luck.
17:30So you hired that fake pregnant lady?
17:33Why?
17:33All I can say without revealing classified information is that the NSA used to allow employees with eyes-only security clearance to ride public transportation.
17:51What?
18:06We're being followed.
18:09You think he works for Wagner?
18:11We have other options?
18:13You make many enemies in Eastern Europe?
18:15I mean, who hasn't?
18:18Well, that's not helpful.
18:20How do you want to play it?
18:21I say we do nothing.
18:22If he is one of Wagner's guys,
18:23and he's just making sure his boss isn't walking into a trap,
18:26we continue to play the part of Monica's entourage.
18:29And if it's not Wagner's guy?
18:31I guess we'll find out soon.
18:32You want to force it a little?
18:35Luxury prog vacation lacking enough excitement for you.
18:38No.
18:38Well...
18:39Bailey.
18:39I know.
18:40I have a problem.
18:41I know.
18:42Maybe.
18:43I know.
18:43Maybe.
18:44Maybe.
18:45Maybe.
18:46Maybe.
18:48Tick.
18:48To your right now,
18:49maybe.
18:50Maybe.
18:51Lady.
18:52ि

29:27Your mugshot doesn't do you justice.
29:29I should help now.
29:33Looks like I'm under-investing in security.
29:35Or perhaps you just pick quality over quantity.
29:38Would you like me to stay?
29:39No. Let the grown-ups talk.
29:42Are you staying in Prague long?
29:44We got five hostels, all packing heat.
29:47It could get messy with all these civilians.
29:49Should we wait to grab Wagner after the meeting?
29:51That's a negative.
29:51Those are armored SUVs.
29:53We need to hold our nerve and get this thing done.
29:55An estimating SWAT needs about six seconds
29:57to close the gap and make the arrest.
29:59That's an affirmative.
30:01Leave it to me.
30:02Ready to move when I say biscuit.
30:03Biscuit?
30:04Biscuit.
30:05The ten million is deposited into a dozen Cayman Island accounts.
30:09Once I give you the passwords, the money is yours.
30:11And once I have the confirmation, I give the order to ship.
30:14Perfect.
30:16Excuse me.
30:17I'm sorry to interrupt, but, uh...
30:18Biscuit.
30:21Go, go, go, go, go.
30:25We are a go.
30:30Repeat.
30:30We are a go.
30:33Get your hands up.
30:34Down on your knees.
30:34Now.
30:36Top them, boot.
30:42Drop it.
30:43Don't hit this much.
30:43They will be taken away.
30:57Take care.
31:05Take care.
31:06Take care.
31:07Take care.
31:08Take care.
31:08Take care.
31:08Take care.
31:09Take care.
31:09Come on.
31:09Take care.
31:10Take care.
31:10Are you hit?
31:34No, no.
31:34I just, I think I twisted my knee when I fell.
31:38I'm okay.
31:38All right.
31:39Yeah.
31:40Yeah, I don't know.
31:48It just popped into my head.
31:49I think I'm hungry.
31:53Where's Monica?
32:00Did you get everything?
32:03No.
32:06Your safe deposit box at the second bank had been tagged by Interpol.
32:09I pretended like I got the number wrong and walked away.
32:13That was the bigger box.
32:15Sorry.
32:16Nothing I could do about it.
32:19Well, what have we here?
32:22I didn't think your type could step on sacred ground without bursting into flame.
32:25You should have thrown your phone away.
32:26Just some personal business.
32:30Oh.
32:32How come you never buy me anything like this?
32:34I'm not a Saudi prince.
32:35All right, listen.
32:36I am broke.
32:39Being on the run for the last year has depleted my resources, and my immunity deal doesn't restore
32:44my law license or give me any money to live off of.
32:46If you're looking for sympathy.
32:47I'd settle for some understanding.
32:49Listen, the jewelry in that bag I can live off of comfortably for a year or two.
32:54Just let me have it.
32:57And then we can all go home happy.
32:59Well, sadly, that decision's above my pay grade.
33:01I feel like you're not really that sad about that.
33:03Guilty as charged, are you?
33:04Hell no.
33:05You got my husband shot.
33:07That was not my intention.
33:08Tell it to my ass.
33:10Hello.
33:10Do you owe this lady anything?
33:12No.
33:12Then we're out.
33:13I've got her.
33:20Nolan, we got an ID on the assassin you grabbed this morning.
33:23He is not working for Wegner.
33:25He works for Jacob Olmsted.
33:28That's my good guard.
33:29Mr. Olmsted.
33:30Falkner from Argentina?
33:31Yeah, and I doubt he sent just one guy to do the job.
33:34All right.
33:35We've got to move.
33:37Your Argentinian friend is looking for payback for bringing the feds to his door last year.
33:43Move.
34:13We've got to go up.
34:15Out would be better.
34:23How do you want to play this?
34:24You got the numbers and the firepower.
34:26Okay.
34:26Quick hit and run.
34:27Let's talk.
34:28We're escaping.
34:28I'll take points.
34:29I got you back.
34:41Whoa!
34:41Whoa!
34:43Down!
35:02Down!
35:02Down!
35:02Down!
35:02Down!

35:09Down!
35:10Down!
35:11Down!
35:12Down!
35:12Down!
35:13Down!
35:13Here.
35:24What's the catch?
35:25No catch.
35:28Where are the rest of the pieces?
35:31Okay, there is a catch.
35:33That necklace is the only one we were able to trace back as a legal purchase,
35:36so that's the only one you get to keep.
35:38Our appraiser estimates it's worth $100,000.
35:40That's enough to live on as long as you get a modest apartment.
35:42In the valley.
35:43And you take public transportation, sure.
35:44You want me to live like a poor person?
35:46No, I want you doing 25 to life in a federal prison.
35:50But we all make sacrifices, right?
35:58It's been a pleasure working with you, as always.
36:01Likewise.
36:02It did feel good taking down a top ten most wanted.
36:05Yeah, right.
36:06Not your usual LAPD fare.
36:08No.
36:08Brought me back to my undercover days, infiltrating major drug operations.
36:13In the U.S. and Mexico.
36:15Mexico part is classified.
36:17I know.
36:17But I make it a point of researching people that I am trying to recruit.
36:22You want me to join the FBI?
36:26In the long run, I would love that.
36:29Right now, I'm formalizing our multi-agency task force to round out the rest of Monica's list.
36:33And I want you on board.
36:37That is very flattering.
36:40So what do you think?
36:41International travel?
36:43A generous discretionary budget?
36:46It is tempting.
36:49But?
36:49I have kids.
36:53And a powerful desire to stay married.
36:56And I know how hard it would be to keep my priorities straight when my job is saving the world.
37:03Right.
37:04Been a long time in a low place.
37:12It's for me.
37:13No.
37:14It's for my other wife.
37:15She's mad at me too.
37:16Mm-hmm.
37:19Can I give you a ride home?
37:20I have three more patients to check on, but I should be home for dinner.
37:26Really?
37:27There's a chance.
37:28It's okay.
37:30Honestly, I have budget approvals to catch up on and Laker games on.
37:35I'm going to put these in some water.
37:37I know this is not the next chapter that we envisioned, but I'm happy.
37:45Good.
37:46And I am too.
37:46Hey, you still in the air?
38:00Just landed.
38:01There's something I need to talk to you about.
38:02You feel like swinging by the airport?
38:04This has been the longest day of my life.
38:07But if you and Tim finally talked, it was worth it.
38:10We did.
38:12You're moving in with him.
38:14How did you know?
38:15It was in your solar return I've known for months.
38:18Oh.
38:18Well, listen, I will keep paying rent until we find someone to take over my room.
38:21But I think it'll all work out.
38:23Last, best, and final.
38:25$700 a month for hot tub use and margarita machine privileges.
38:30Is anyone saying yes?
38:32Well, yeah.
38:32Everyone's saying.
38:33Because if you don't pay for your HOA fees, you're out of Shangri-La.
38:37Told you it wouldn't take long.
38:38Miles, before you answer, I have a counteroffer.
38:40Oh, I'll take it.
38:42You haven't heard the offer yet.
38:43I don't care.
38:44The answer is yes.
38:45Anything to get me out of seven in a circle of hell, that is Shangri-La.
38:48See?
38:48It all worked out.
38:49Well, let's talk logistics.
38:52After everything I did for you, taking you in when you had no one, you ready to go home?
38:57Although it's not really my home yet, I still have to plan it a little around.
39:07You say yes.
39:09Yes.
39:11I'm heading straight to D.C.
39:24Okay.
39:25Okay.
39:26You're calling me curious.
39:27You're calling me curious.
39:28What's the ask?
39:29How long have you been the watch commander at Mid-Wilshire?
39:30Eight years.
39:31You feel like shaking things up?
39:32Look, if you are happy, no harm, no foul, but this Monica task force is going to consume
39:37the next year of my life and I could really use someone I trust from the LAPD working next
39:41to me.
39:41What does the job entail?
39:43You'd be a senior liaison working out of Mid-Wilshire, helping me oversee all domestic
39:46operations.
39:48Does that mean no European adventures?
39:51Oh, not at all.
39:52I take as much of your time as I can get.
39:55You're at Starbark already.
39:56She's got a young kid.
39:57Wouldn't be a good fit.
39:59Look, I need an empty nester like you.
40:01Now, I don't need an answer right now, but I will need one quick and I'm sure your wife
40:06is going to have an opinion about it, so.
40:08Honestly, she's focused on her next chapter.
40:17Maybe I should do the same.
40:22Good?
40:23Good.
40:24Safe travels.
40:28Hey, who's going to get your job?
40:32Well, was it worth the wait?
40:35That was a long wait.
40:36Please answer the question.
40:40You're cute when you're insecure.
40:44It was worth the wait.
40:48I guess we should talk about the timeline for me moving in.
40:56What were you going to do if I said no?
41:00I didn't have a plan for that.
41:03You're adorable.
41:06You're also going to need more boxes.
41:10Wow.
41:20Beautiful.
41:25So, I spoke with the front desk.
41:28Turns out the feds have the room booked through the weekend.
41:31We can stay two more days, no additional charge.
41:34Operation Second Honeymoon is well underway.
41:36This is the most romantic moment of my life.
41:39And we're just getting started.
41:44Arrest me, but make it sexy.
41:48Arrest me, but make it sexy.
41:51Arrest me, but make it sexy.
41:54So, cruelty.
41:56Let's just find another bridge.
41:59Is that the best of the best of my life.
42:01Arrest me, but make it sexy.
42:05Arrest me, but make it sexy.
42:09Yeah.
