00:00So Infensa has developed IB409, which is a molecule that we are commercialising for heart
00:08attack and stroke.
00:10So it is currently in phase 1 clinical trials, looking at the safety of IB409 in normal healthy
00:16volunteers.
00:17We'll get some idea of dose, whether the dose is suitable for us to dose phase 2, and in
00:21phase 2 we'll look at the ability of IB409 to protect heart tissue during a heart attack.
00:28I find treatments for heart attack and stroke about restoring blood flow, not about protecting
00:33the heart tissue.
00:35IB409 is unique, it actually is cardio protective.
00:39It actually hits one of the root causes of tissue damage and prevents heart damage during a heart
00:45attack or stroke.
00:46There are no drugs on the market that do such a thing, prevent that heart damage during a
00:50heart attack or stroke.
