00:00I rub it on my body so that people can smell my pheromones.
00:03It's supposed to attract a man.
00:05If it's not, then I'm just doing weird stuff.
00:12I eat hot glue sticks every single day.
00:15You don't swallow it, do you?
00:16I do swallow it.
00:17I cannot believe this.
00:19I'm just floored.
00:21Flabbergasted.
00:22Shocked.
00:23This is raw hamburger meat.
00:25What the F am I looking at right now?
00:28Absolutely disgusting.
00:30That was a raw meat burp.
00:32I'm addicted to snorting cleaning powder.
00:33I'm addicted to snakes.
00:34I'm addicted to eating makeup.
00:35I'm addicted to being huge.
00:36I'm addicted to eating live bugs.
00:37I'm addicted to smother my dad's underwear.
00:43I'm addicted to sending the area between your genitals and your butthole.
00:47This is being addicted to butter, and I'm addicted.
00:50I'm in love with my AI boyfriend.
00:51She's mine.
00:52I'm hers.
00:53He suggested that I get a tattoo.
00:56Sarah, it's beyond perfect.
00:58You fit?
00:59No.
01:00Careful, man.
01:00Don't break the seat.
01:01The price you pay to be huge, brother.
01:03I wouldn't put the dog near her.
01:04She would have eaten my little one right here.
01:06I'm having, like, pooping issues.
01:08Constipation-wise, but that's, like, the only issue.
01:10I can't imagine why.
01:11No way.
01:12We are out in public doing it, though.
01:14Oh, my God.
01:15Carlos!
01:17Absolutely grotesque.
01:18What is this doing to your body?
01:20That is not hurting me.
01:21This is not okay.
01:22Look, this one.
01:23You need some help.
01:25This one's really good.
01:26This could be dangerous, honestly.
01:28Everyone has their own opinions.
01:29That's nasty.
01:30You're sick.
01:31I don't want to talk about this no more.
01:32Expect him to react that way.
01:34This is bad.
01:35You're going to stop this today.
01:37You're going to tell me what to do with my own life.
01:39This is my life, bro.
01:4050% of the people who have a blockage die.
01:42I don't care about what other people think.
01:45Don't let this addiction carry you down.
01:47The dark reality is, like, I don't care if it's bad for me.
02:02Hi.
02:03I'm here for a pedicure.
02:06How you doing today?
02:07I'm good.
02:08I just make them even for you, okay?
02:11Okay, okay.
02:12I'm allowed to eat in here, right?
02:14Like, have a snack?
02:15Yeah, you can.
02:24My name is Wendy.
02:25I'm from Ocala, Florida, and I am a tattoo artist.
02:30Oh, what do you got there?
02:34This is raw hamburger meat.
02:38And I'm addicted to eating raw meat.
02:49That's interesting.
02:50Wow.
02:51Mm-hmm.
02:53You would never eat it raw?
02:55I'm scared.
02:56I do understand that it's not socially acceptable to eat raw meat.
03:19And people kind of gag, or they look at me crazy.
03:24But I don't care.
03:26Aw.
03:33What the F am I looking at right now?
03:36I think handling raw beef in an open nail salon while you're sitting there getting your feet
03:44done is absolutely disgusting.
03:46You eat that, and please don't get, like, germ around, and everybody gets sick.
04:00Okay.
04:01So, like, put it away?
04:02Yeah, put it away for me.
04:03Okay.
04:04You need the bag?
04:05I have the bag for you, too.
04:06No, it's okay.
04:07It's fine.
04:07You sure?
04:07It can go right in here.
04:11I have to eat it right there and then while it's fresh or not at all.
04:14So, there's a little bit left over.
04:16I will throw that away.
04:17But, um, I usually eat the whole pack.
04:20So, I think I need my nails done today.
04:29Oh, okay.
04:31Yeah.
04:31All right.
04:31But next time, okay?
04:32Okay.
04:37I live with my kids and my fiancee, Robert.
04:45Not the pool.
04:46The trampoline.
04:46Go on the trampoline.
04:47Jump, jump, jump.
04:50So, I have two separate fridges.
04:52This one is for all, like, my normal groceries.
04:56Um, and this fridge is for my raw meat.
05:03On average, I'm eating up to two pounds of beef per day.
05:07It could be hamburger meat, whole cuts.
05:09I could eat a whole roast.
05:11It really depends on the day.
05:13Porterhouse is my favorite.
05:14Oh, my God.
05:15You can feel that it's, like, tender and soft.
05:17The same with around the bone.
05:19Bone is my favorite part.
05:20I love ripping the flesh straight off the bone.
05:23And this actually, like, right here, you can kind of see where it's bleeding a little bit.
05:27So good.
05:28So, like, that's good.
05:31That's really good.
05:32I love this sound.
05:33So, just the sound of ripping it off.
05:35Do you see how great that ripped?
05:37Perfect rip.
05:38Like, oh, my God.
05:42So tender.
05:44And, like, this part right here by the bone.
05:50Yeah.
05:50Oh, that's good stuff.
05:54The ripping of the flesh and, like, the tendons popping and, like, the blood.
06:00It's all just so great.
06:02This is, like, a delicacy within itself.
06:05Ugh.
06:05That was a raw meat burp.
06:06When I'm eating raw meat, it's, like, nothing matters at that point in time.
06:21And then I'm reminded of my childhood.
06:25Mm.
06:25My mom said when I was able to chew raw meat, I was eating raw meat.
06:29It's a family tradition.
06:31My Nana loved to eat raw meat.
06:32She is the glue to the family, and that was actually a way for me and her to bond.
06:37She'd come over, and we'd talk about life, and just eat the raw meat together.
06:41How's your day going?
06:43Fine.
06:43Yours?
06:45It's good.
06:46With her around, it was always a good time.
06:51About five years ago, my Nana did pass due to bladder cancer.
06:56Eating raw meat does keep me connected to my Nana, because when we all sit around and
07:03eat raw meat, it's almost as if my Nana is sitting right there with us.
07:15Hey, babe.
07:17Come sit.
07:18What's going on?
07:19Uh, Salem's taking a nap right now.
07:21He has his cuppy and everything, so he just was watching TV.
07:25Okay.
07:25And enjoying a snackie.
07:27Oh, look at that.
07:30Gotcha.
07:31I do love Wendy.
07:32You know, her eating raw meat is, it's insane.
07:39You know, when I first met her and she pulled out a raw steak and ate it in front of me,
07:43I didn't know what to think, honestly, but I just rolled with the punches.
07:48Why are you so far away?
07:49Sit here.
07:51Hi, babe.
07:53How you doing?
07:54So, I kind of wanted to talk to you about the cookout this weekend.
08:00We are going to be getting married soon, so I'm having my fiance's family and my best
08:07friend, Carrie, come over.
08:09Um, I kind of wanted to not cook my meat when they come over for the cookout.
08:15You know, everybody does kind of feel a little crazy about the fact that you do eat raw meat.
08:26My fiance's family know that I eat raw meat.
08:30They've heard about it, but they've never actually seen me do it in person.
08:33I mean, you know, they are concerned.
08:35It is my house, I'm not going to not eat raw meat just because they're here.
08:42I've never gotten sick from eating raw meat, and I feel like it's always a constant battle
08:47of him choosing me or his family, but I'm not going to stop, so they're just going to have
08:53to deal with it.
08:55Who are you?
08:57I don't know what I'm getting myself into.
08:59I just hope there's no kind of blowout of this cookout tomorrow.
09:02This is going to be interesting.
09:28My name is Catherine.
09:29I'm 31, from Alexandria, Virginia.
09:32I blend every single food that I eat.
09:38Breakfast is served.
09:44And I'm addicted to snoring all of my food.
09:53When it hits the back of my throat, it's very different, but at the same time, I taste all
09:58the same flavors as if I was to have food and drinks normally.
10:03My favorite way to start my day is with an omelet and coffee.
10:12That is good.
10:12And it's actually a little bit of a calming effect once it hits the back of my nasal passage.
10:26A lot of people say that we're born to eat and drink through our mouth.
10:31But I don't buy it, according to who?
10:35What about elephants?
10:37I can taste the eggs.
10:38I can taste the spinach.
10:40The mushrooms a little bit.
10:41But I went heavier on the spinach this time.
10:43My relationship with food was very normal, up until the point where I was in community college.
10:52It started, honestly, with a dare to try snorting a flavored fruit drink.
10:58It was an odd sensation at first, similar to if you accidentally get a little bit of water through your nose in the pool.
11:12I got a head rush, but it was actually fruitier than if I was to have that through my mouth, and it was phenomenal.
11:18Since then, I have been having my entire diet nasally for about five years.
11:24Let me get a sip of water.
11:32There is quite a little bit of spice in this guacamole.
11:36I'm nervous, but I'm excited to try it.
11:39Sometimes I just blend it as it is.
11:42Sometimes I'll add something, even olive oil.
11:45They do it a lot in Italian restaurants.
11:48I don't have an aversion to chewing, but I have an aversion to the weird textures that come with food.
11:54You don't like the way it feels in your mouth.
11:56No, no.
11:58I think it's awful, and I think it's, like, primitive, you know what I mean?
12:02I do not see snorting my food as a problem.
12:05I think it has a lot of benefits.
12:07No risk of choking.
12:08I don't overeat.
12:10I consume less calories.
12:18I have had bloody noses about once or twice, and that was more at the beginning.
12:27It has really no drawbacks, except...
12:31That is spicy!
12:34Nobody accepts my habit.
12:35Nobody accepts me for who I am.
12:46I have lost several friendships from how I snort my food, just because I cannot stand to have hate in my life.
12:54If I'm at certain social events, sometimes I'm absolutely stuck by social norms to eat orally.
13:01It just makes me very uncomfortable.
13:03I'm very socially awkward and very quiet.
13:06Because of that, I do try to avoid events that I'm going to have to eat the conventional way.
13:11I've known Leon for about three years.
13:26He does have a big problem with how I consume my food.
13:30He roasts me the most, but at least in a playful way.
13:33Honestly, he's like a big brother to me.
13:40What is in that?
13:41Spinach and steak.
13:47The steak's phenomenal.
13:50Catherine's food snorting is concerning to me because it doesn't seem like a sustainable way to get the amount of nutrients you need on a daily basis.
14:00Leon, so the other reason why I came over here other than, well, coming to see you, is I felt like I needed to talk to a straight shooter.
14:11You know, I've been seeing Justin for about six months.
14:14I need your honest opinion about how I'm supposed to deliver the news about my dietary preference.
14:22I have been dating this guy, Justin, for several months now.
14:29And I really like him.
14:31I'm an absolute regulation hottie.
14:33I want to take things to the next level, but he has no idea that I snort my food.
14:38And I'm really nervous to tell him.
14:40You strung him along for six months and he hasn't found out about this yet?
14:43We've been going to, like, museums and art galleries and the zoo.
14:48You've been basically lying to him for six months.
14:51Like, I feel like six months is an appropriate time to tell him, like, to actually open up.
14:55No, that's something you should say right from the jump.
14:58The only other guy I ever told about this, straight from the jump, did not even last longer than a week.
15:07That's not normal.
15:09You shouldn't even be doing this in the first place.
15:12I'm not a medical professional, but I would assume that if you inhaled your food the wrong way,
15:18it would get into your lungs and cause a respiratory infection, which from there can cause even worse injuries.
15:25I feel like it's a dietary preference.
15:27I don't see what the problem even is.
15:30In my mind, he should just be accepting this and he should not be doubting me even for a second.
15:35I definitely see a lot of potential in Justin.
15:38I'm nervous about how he's going to take the news when he finds out,
15:42but I am not willing to stop snorting my food for a man.
15:48Careful, man. Don't break the seat.
15:53You fit?
15:54No.
15:5424 hours a day.
15:55You're constantly feeling the body.
15:57Even wiping your ass can be harder.
15:59I lay down.
16:00It wears you out.
16:01You gotta want it really, really bad to go through with this.
16:04And I want it really bad.
16:07Here's it for you.
16:08Thank you so much.
16:09It is time to share with him how I eat my food.
16:14Catherine, what the are you doing?
16:18What's up, bro?
16:37What's up, man?
16:38Careful, man. Don't break the seat.
16:48You fit?
16:49No.
16:50All right. I'll take the top off so you can...
16:52Okay.
16:52My name is Craig. I'm from Las Vegas, Nevada.
16:55I make my money from online coaching, and I'm addicted to being huge.
17:02The fact you can't fit in this car is ridiculous.
17:03Do you look ridiculous?
17:17There's definitely limitations that come with being huge, that's for sure.
17:20It might be hard to get through cars or, you know, certain doorways, tying shoes.
17:25Yeah, tying the shoes can be a little tough.
17:29It takes some attempts.
17:33We'll just leave that.
17:34There's actually a video of me going through an airport metal detector where I had to, like, completely go sideways.
17:44Even wiping your ass can be harder.
17:46Sometimes even sex is hard to do at my size.
17:49It's all tough when you're this wide.
17:52But someone had to do it, and that guy is me.
17:54I train about six days a week.
17:59If I miss the gym, I am definitely very hard on myself because, like, this is what I am, and this is what I do.
18:04And if I don't do that, I just feel like I failed.
18:08My goal when I first started working out was to boost my confidence.
18:14Basically, in high school, I was a toothpick.
18:17So skinny, low self-esteem, got in the gym to, you know, put on some muscles, make myself feel better.
18:23And then the muscles just happened within months.
18:26And the next thing I know, I'm up, like, 20, 30 pounds, and I'm just looking like a whole different human being.
18:32So then the attention I started getting, you know, was really cool.
18:36It pumped me up.
18:37And I just wanted to keep on going and going and going from there.
18:39And I think I just kind of took it a little too overboard, you know?
18:52For me, being huge is just being so big, so wide, so large that people are like, wow, what is, why is that guy doing that?
19:00That's crazy.
19:01It just makes you feel like, you know, I'm doing the job right.
19:12Hey, little cutie.
19:14My favorite part of the day is seeing Lala when I come home from the gym.
19:18Lala runs the show here.
19:19People probably think I want a small dog to look bigger.
19:23Oh, he has a small dog because he wants to look even more huge.
19:27But I just really like little Pomeranians.
19:31They're just so cute to me.
19:32I don't know what it is.
19:32It's just something about them.
19:38Being huge has definitely taken over my life.
19:40If you're not training, you're eating.
19:42It's 24 hours a day.
19:44You got to keep on eating, eating, eating, training, training, training.
19:47So basically, it's just how bad do you want it?
19:49This is most of what I consume in a day to stay huge.
19:52Protein shakes.
19:53This is egg whites.
19:54I probably drink about eight eggs worth.
19:56Right here, meals throughout the day.
19:59This is usually around 11 a.m., 3 p.m., 8, midnight, and then 2, 3 a.m.
20:06Compared to somebody not trying to be huge, they might eat this in a whole week.
20:10For me, this is like a day.
20:17I'm not hungry one bit.
20:24I've got to force this food down.
20:26So I apologize if I sound miserable.
20:31But we've got to get this down.
20:33Appetite sucks.
20:34But carrying around 340, 350, 360 pounds is a lot of weight.
20:41You know, especially on the body, the heart.
20:43It wears you out.
20:45You just want to lay around all day because you're just so tired all the time from carrying
20:48all that weight, all that mass.
20:50I'm going to lay down.
20:55Just let my food digest.
20:57My family, they get a little worried.
20:59When I'm on the phone with my grandmother and, you know, I'm telling her I'm 350 pounds,
21:03she's like, Craig, are you being careful?
21:05I'm like, yes, I'm being careful.
21:07But, you know, we've got to push these limits and, you know, people need to understand this
21:10is what I do.
21:10So, I don't want it really, really bad to go through with this crazy ****.
21:21I want it really bad.
21:22I would love to be in love, have a long-term relationship, get married.
21:42And I think Justin has that potential.
21:45That's why I haven't told him yet about my food snorting habit.
21:48All right.
21:51Hey.
21:52Hey.
21:52How are you?
21:53Here's it for you.
21:54Thank you so much.
21:55You're welcome.
21:56Yay.
21:56I hope you like them.
21:57I'm so happy about that.
21:58How was the drive?
21:59Um, the drive was good.
22:01The traffic can be a little bit crazy, but.
22:03Yeah.
22:04Yeah, for sure.
22:06He's asked me before when we're going to go eat somewhere and I always kind of curve him.
22:11He's like, so do you want to go get some food?
22:12And I said, nope, I ate already, but I am feeling like it is the time to share with him how I ate my food.
22:22Well, I'm excited that we're finally, like, actually sitting down for a meal for once.
22:26Hi, guys.
22:27How are you today?
22:27Good.
22:27How are you?
22:28I'm doing wonderful.
22:29Um, I didn't quite look at the menu.
22:31Let me look real quick.
22:32Of course.
22:33Take your time, guys.
22:34Do you guys need any recommendations or anything like that?
22:37Um, are you able to blend the food?
22:43Unfortunately, we do not have a blender, but we do have grits, tomato soup, and our in-house vegetarian sauce is gravy.
22:51I guess I'll do the grits as long as they fit through a straw.
23:01Would you like anything?
23:02Uh, definitely water to drink.
23:04Yes.
23:04So I'm thinking biscuit.
23:05Uh, if I could do that and some jam or jelly, that would be perfect.
23:08Yeah.
23:08Yeah.
23:08Of course.
23:09Yeah.
23:11If I can't eat in front of a guy, then I really don't see any way to have a future with him.
23:16So I'm really nervous.
23:18He knows absolutely nothing, but he's about to find out.
23:20Here are those grits.
23:21They are very hot.
23:23And here you go.
23:23And if there's anything else I can get for you guys, just wave me over, okay?
23:26Of course.
23:27Appreciate it.
23:27Appreciate it.
23:29I want to rip it off like a band-aid.
23:31I'm ready to be 100% unapologetically myself.
23:39Catherine, what the are you doing?
23:41What are you doing?
23:47Catherine.
23:48Do you think that everyone's going to like having bacon on their burgers?
23:53I mean, as long as it's cooked.
23:55My family witnessing Wendy eating raw meat.
23:57What are you doing?
23:59They're going to have a lot of opinions.
24:00It's a little hard to accept someone who eats raw meat at the dinner table.
24:07I just don't think it's normal.
24:08But according to who?
24:09It's a certified doctor.
24:11Catherine?
24:12No.
24:24I really like my coffee.
24:27That is good.
24:28This is your normal routine when you get iced coffee.
24:31Everything.
24:33Everything?
24:34Everything.
24:34You snort up your nose.
24:38So this isn't just like every now and then.
24:40This is what you do.
24:42And it doesn't burn going through your nostrils, down your throat?
24:44No.
24:44I've been doing this a long time.
24:46I have never seen anyone ingest food any other way but through their mouth,
24:50which is, in my opinion, why we have mouths.
24:58I like Catherine a lot.
25:00But am I comfortable accepting that, knowing that that's going to be around me now probably every day?
25:07I don't know.
25:08I don't think it's surprising that I'm at a loss for words.
25:11Why wouldn't you tell me after our second, third, fourth date?
25:14Because it's deeply personal and it's one of my biggest insecurities.
25:19What was supposed to be my reaction?
25:22Not judging me?
25:22Like, I mean, I feel like that's a bare minimum.
25:26Do you want to overcome this?
25:29I just don't think it's normal.
25:30And I'm sure if you went to go see a doctor, I don't know if they're going to sit there and say,
25:34this is regular behavior.
25:36But according to who?
25:37It's like social norms.
25:38Like, that's the only thing.
25:39A certified doctor.
25:41Catherine?
25:42No.
25:42Because there's no reason to go to a doctor.
25:44Like, why would I do that?
25:47Honestly, I do think Catherine could potentially be doing something harmful to her body,
25:51whether that's her mental health or physical health.
25:54And if she doesn't see it as a problem, eventually it could catch up to her.
25:58Obviously, I like you a lot.
26:02But I would have to be able to get used to this.
26:07So let's push pause and figure out what we're going to do.
26:11I think it's unfair for her not to understand my reaction and my whole thought process in this.
26:17At this point in time, I don't know what's in the cards for me and Catherine.
26:20But if I can't stomach watching how Catherine eats her food,
26:27I can't promise a bright future for us.
26:29I don't know.
26:31This is something that is a big deal, Catherine, so.
26:37I'll catch you around, Justin.
26:45Gotcha.
26:49Thanks.
26:50Oh, it went way worse.
26:57Way worse than I imagined.
27:00I have low tolerance for just not being accepted.
27:04And it's something I take very, very seriously.
27:07But he does seem concerned, like truly concerned, even if it's coming from a place of ignorance.
27:14So maybe I should go get an opinion from a doctor.
27:20I'm having my fiance's family and my best friend, Carrie, come over for a cookout.
27:40Hello.
27:41Hey, girl.
27:43What's up?
27:44Hey.
27:44What you doing?
27:45So I'm making baking burgers.
27:47Do you think that everyone's going to like having bacon on their burgers?
27:52I mean, as long as it's cooked, I can't believe you're eating that right now.
27:59Let's go.
28:01When I first found out that Wendy ate raw meat, it was definitely a shock.
28:06I was kind of like, what in the heck is this crazy woman doing?
28:09But, you know, as I got to know her, it's kind of just like a normal thing now.
28:12So it's not like, it just kind of is what it is.
28:16I'm just kind of like stressing because Rob's family is coming over.
28:21And I don't plan on cooking my meat.
28:25Yeah.
28:25Oh, wow.
28:26Okay.
28:26Right.
28:27Right.
28:27Robert and I are getting married and I want to serve meat, like raw meat at the wedding.
28:34Okay.
28:34So this is kind of like a little like before, you know, so they can see how it is in person.
28:42So wait, they've never seen you eat raw meat before?
28:45Never.
28:46They've heard of it.
28:48As one of Wendy's best friends, I love her and Rob together.
28:51But I know that some of Rob's family has a real issue with the raw meat eating.
28:55And Wendy's kind of nervous about that.
28:56So she wanted me here to just be a supportive best friend.
28:59How y'all been?
29:01We're good.
29:01Hanging out.
29:03My family witnessing Wendy eating raw meat.
29:06I don't know what they're going to say.
29:07I know they're going to have a lot of opinions for sure.
29:11All right.
29:12Beggars are ready.
29:12Ready?
29:15You're welcome.
29:15Oh, goodness.
29:16What are you doing?
29:32You're not going to eat a burger?
29:34I'm not eating a cooked burger.
29:35You know that's not normal nowadays.
29:42We've never seen Wendy eat raw meat.
29:44We heard about it.
29:45I've never witnessed it.
29:47I really don't want to.
29:49It's kind of disgusting to think about all together.
29:53I'm not.
29:55I'm about to throw up.
29:56I'm not throwing up with you eating your cooked meat.
30:00Because it's cooked.
30:01It's cooked.
30:01It's cooked food.
30:06I mean, why wouldn't you want to eat your food cooked?
30:10Because that's not who I am.
30:11That's not how I eat meat.
30:12When was the last time you've seen a doctor?
30:16When I was pregnant with my son.
30:18That's been a while.
30:20I mean, there's so many other things that you could be concerned about.
30:23And my health is, I feel like, none of your business.
30:25I mean, you're going to be part of our family, so we are just expressing our concerns.
30:31Right, but I don't feel like I'm being treated as part of the family.
30:33I should be accepted.
30:35It's a little hard to accept someone who eats raw meat at the dinner table.
30:41I just got awkward.
30:46We're not being rude.
30:47We're just voicing our concern for you.
30:48And of course you can defend them, right?
30:50It's not that I'm defending them.
30:52But you're not defending me.
30:54I don't think that it's the best thing for you.
31:01I think I just need a moment.
31:02Do you want to step inside?
31:04I do.
31:06Okay, come on.
31:08I love you.
31:10I hope that Wendy doesn't think that I'm against her in this situation.
31:14I just want to make sure she's good.
31:17Look, there might be some truth to what they're saying.
31:20And, you know, I think it would be like a great thing for you to just go get everything checked.
31:27I just don't want to feel like I'm being like pushed to do it just to make people happy.
31:32If they genuinely want to know if I'm okay and they care about me, then I'll do it.
31:35Right.
31:37Honestly, it would be devastating if the doctor told me that it was affecting my health.
31:41I just can't imagine my life without eating raw meat every day.
31:46Like, it is a part of me.
31:50Looking for a suit, something that could fit my big ass.
31:52Okay.
31:52As a bodybuilder, I've never worn a suit before.
31:54Okay.
31:55You know, we're wearing 5XL, so I'm definitely curious to see how this turns out.
31:59I don't think this is going to work.
32:00Yeah.
32:01It's 22 and a half.
32:02This is huge.
32:03Nothing fit.
32:04I'm like a bozo.
32:05My concern for you, it gets down in your lungs and it can be life-threatening, right?
32:09Upper airway issues could spread into an infection of our central nervous system.
32:14That's terrifying.
32:15Yeah, I think that's a good way to put it.
32:27Today, I'm going east in suits because I'm an event to attend.
32:30And as a bodybuilder, I've never worn a suit before.
32:32So, you know, we're wearing 5XL stuff, so I'm definitely curious to see how this turns out.
32:37Hello.
32:38Hi, how are you doing today?
32:39I'm good.
32:39How are you?
32:40I'm looking for a suit, something that could fit my big ass.
32:42Okay, let me see what we have for you to try it on and see what the biggest size that we got.
32:48Thank you so much.
32:51Back when my weight was more around like 275, 280, I can like walk into the store and buy stuff off the shelves.
32:57Yeah, I don't think so.
32:59Now pushing that 340, 350, and even 360 mark, you know, and muscle.
33:05It is difficult for me to find things that fit in my size.
33:09Because there's really not many on earth that size.
33:13All right.
33:16Okay.
33:19Yes, I don't think this is going to work.
33:20Yeah.
33:21I can try to find a bigger one for you to see.
33:23Okay.
33:25How about this?
33:26Let's try it.
33:28So this one, it's like 48.
33:30The last one, I have you tried, it's 46.
33:33The width is a little crazy, huh?
33:35Yes.
33:35Kind of got that width check going.
33:37No.
33:38Yeah, I don't think so.
33:39Yeah, it's too small for yours.
33:41This is the biggest that I have.
33:44We looked at suits, we tried a bunch on, nothing really fit.
33:47Yeah, it's not even close to fitting.
33:49Just your arm.
33:50Yeah.
33:51And I'm totally fine with that.
33:52That doesn't bother me.
33:53It makes me feel like I'm doing my job, that no one has a physique like me.
33:57You know, I'm doing the job right of getting huge.
33:59Wow.
34:01I'm standing next to you.
34:03I look so tiny now.
34:04Because you're really huge and big.
34:08I tried on suits.
34:09I tried on shirts.
34:11Okay, so it looks like this one might be a winner.
34:14I can see the possibility.
34:15Yeah, see, look at it on the arm.
34:16Now we try another arm.
34:17Okay.
34:19Okay.
34:19See, it's always the width.
34:22I tried on ties.
34:25It looked like a kid tie.
34:26It looked like a bozo.
34:28Nothing fit, not even close.
34:30I would recommend the best option for you is to do a custom suit.
34:33Custom is my middle name.
34:34Well, actually it's Steven, but you know what I mean.
34:36Yeah.
34:37I've never seen anyone that big or huge like him before, so.
34:42It's 22 and a half.
34:44Usually it's only like 15, 16, 17.
34:47You have 22 and a half.
34:49This is huge.
34:52He's like the biggest man I ever seen.
34:55Even one measure tape does not fit his whole body.
34:58I need two measurements on this.
35:04We're going to custom make me a suit.
35:06They told me it was going to be the biggest suit they've ever made.
35:08It's definitely like an ego boost for me knowing that I must be huge.
35:12Even when I feel like I'm not or I'm feeling smaller, sometimes it's nice to have that
35:16reassurance like, oh wow, Craig, you really don't fit in a lot of stuff.
35:19You're still pretty big.
35:20So good job.
35:22Pat on the back.
35:30I was very relieved when I heard the numbers and all that because,
35:33you know, I feel like I could still do so much more.
35:40So there's a lot of insecurities that come with bodybuilding.
35:42You don't always feel amazing or pumped or large.
35:47You feel like it's never enough.
35:50That's the thing like that can be dangerous about going that route of getting super huge.
35:55The body dysmorphia.
35:56You know what I mean?
35:57Because like you can be so big and you just don't feel it.
36:00Maybe I should take a break, lean down a little bit, let the body be less stressed,
36:04especially because I'm getting older.
36:06But I'll sacrifice everything because that's how important it is for me to be massive.
36:12I started to kind of realize that everyone who has been telling me that I need to go get help,
36:36even Justin, seems to actually be coming from a genuine place.
36:41It started to kind of resonate with me.
36:45A part of me is wondering if I've been wrong with some of my thinking and what that means
36:53for my social life, relationships, dating, and everything that comes along with it.
36:59I still don't think anything is wrong with what I'm doing.
37:02And honestly, I can't even imagine what I'm going to do if they tell me and I need to stop.
37:06So tell me what brings you in today.
37:10I have a tendency to snort all of my food and drinks.
37:22Okay. How long has that been going on?
37:24Um, it's been going on for all of my meals for five years. I never saw a problem with it. Like,
37:31I haven't really had health scares. I've always called it a dietary preference.
37:36Have you tried stopping before?
37:38There was like a day where I was like, let me see what it's like to chew my food.
37:42And I felt absolutely vile.
37:45Okay. Am I the first doctor you've really talked to about this?
37:50I do have grave concerns because the potential for serious complications is pretty high.
37:56So I'll kind of walk through those with you.
37:58Catherine is the first patient I've seen who is exclusively ingesting food through their nose.
38:04And that's of concern. There's too many complications that can happen. And your nose is simply not built for it.
38:10My concern for you would be aspiration of food, which means choking, essentially,
38:16something could obstruct you. Or if it's very liquidy, it gets down in your lungs and can cause
38:21multiple complications, which can be life threatening, right? She can wind up with direct nasal infections,
38:27sinus infections. Any of these upper airway issues could potentially erode into and spread
38:34into an infection of her central nervous system. Take some big deep breaths in and out.
38:40And that could be lethal. That could actually kill Catherine. Okay. You're sounding clear today.
38:46No signs of wetness or anything like that.
38:50So Leon was right when he said I might end up with like a lung infection?
38:54Mm-hmm. Absolutely. I'm surprised actually you haven't had that happen so far with that
39:00mechanism of breathing in because you're pulling it straight towards your lungs.
39:05That's terrifying.
39:07Yeah.
39:07I guess I've dodged a bullet. Like, I've just been lucky.
39:10I think that's a good way to put it.
39:12I'm really surprised. I fully expected he'd tell me, yeah, people don't really know what they're
39:18talking about. Like, it's just a lot of paranoia over nothing. But he dropped some heavy stuff.
39:23And it's a lot to process.
39:26This is really just not sustainable. Ultimately, you will have some complication. It could be very
39:30serious. Okay?
39:32Okay.
39:33I'm going to try my best to stop snorting my food. I'm not exactly sure how I'm going to go about it.
39:42But I'm going to try to begin taking baby steps, even today.
39:46Well, thank you for coming in. I wish you the best.
39:49Thank you so much.
40:00If you go up the stairs, do you get winded?
40:06Yes.
40:06You don't think that's like a health concern?
40:08You have massive muscles, but the only muscle you're ignoring is your heart,
40:11which is the only one that if it gives out, you die.
40:13You're definitely increasing the risk of having any kind of food-borne illness or disease.
40:20Eating raw meat is almost like an identity to me. If I have to stop...
40:25I don't really fit in normal-sized cars, so it's good to have like an SUV.
40:39We're going to the gym to make our muscles much bigger because they're not big enough.
40:48Never big enough, because I don't want to be small. You know why?
40:53I'm f***ing small.
41:04My boys! Are we getting huge?
41:07Let's do it.
41:08My friend Noah trains with me about five to six days a week, and Will comes in at least a solid two to
41:14three days a week. Go heavier. Go heavier. All right. Go heavier. Go a little heavier.
41:18A little heavier. Yeah, yeah.
41:19Really? All right.
41:25That's heavy.
41:29Craig is enormous. Actual big bodybuilders out there, they're like 250, 260, so he's like triple the
41:36average person. Let's go! Come on!
41:40The interesting thing is he knows it's not good for him, and I've tried to convince him,
41:43like, come down and try to be healthy and health conscious because he's getting older, but he won't.
41:47When's the last time you did cardio, Craig?
41:49Does sex count?
41:50No.
41:522018?
41:54Damn.
41:54Unless you include walks with my dog.
41:562018.
41:58So it's like if you go up the stairs, do you get winded?
42:00Yes.
42:02You don't think that's like a health concern?
42:04The price you pay to be huge, brother.
42:07Yeah, man, but that means your heart, like that means your cardiovascular system's struggling, man.
42:13Oh, I need to get bigger. I need to get bigger. I need to get bigger. It doesn't matter how big
42:24he gets. He has a dysmorphia, so he probably looks at me and sees me and him as being similar in size,
42:29even though he's, you know, 70% larger than I am.
42:31You have massive muscles, but the only muscle you're ignoring is your heart, which is the only one that if
42:36it gives out, you die. You tear your quad, you'll be all right. You tear your bicep, you're all right.
42:39Your heart gives out. You're not here anymore, man. And how many bodybuilders have died from that?
42:47I don't know.
42:47He's really downed them too.
42:48It's a couple.
42:49It's a couple? Like almost all of them?
43:02When's the last time you've had your heart checked?
43:03I don't think I ever have.
43:05You've been bodybuilding your whole life and you've never had your heart checked.
43:07Like that's crazy.
43:11It seems like my friends are concerned with my house and they're coming from a great place,
43:15but I've been so big for so long. It's all I really know.
43:19But seriously, man, you got to think about that. Like all the big bodybuilders have died from heart
43:22issues. Everybody's saying lean down a little bit.
43:25But why would I stop getting huge? That would make no sense to me.
43:29He's getting pissed because he worries about it, but he won't deal with it.
43:32I understand that I'm getting older and I know I can probably work on my cardio,
43:40but like I'll always be big.
43:52I want to give my family some peace of mind. So I am at the doctor's office and I am about to see
44:17if my addiction to raw meat has made me ill in any way, shape or form. The doctor would have to
44:23tell me that I am basically dying in order for me to stop my addiction to raw meat.
44:28Hi, Wendy. I'm Vanessa Cabrera. How are you? Good to meet you.
44:31I'm good. How are you?
44:32Good. So what brings us in today?
44:34I have an addiction to eating raw meat.
44:40Okay. So how often are you consuming raw meat?
44:45Almost every day, if not every other day.
44:48Okay. I've actually never had a patient come in and tell me that they eat raw meat. It's pretty,
44:54pretty shocking. By eating raw meat so frequently, you're definitely increasing the risk of having
45:00any kind of foodborne illness or disease and particularly ground beef. It's even more risky
45:06because you're not just talking about one animal. You're talking about multiple. But let's see what
45:11the tests show. I'm just going to have you go to the restroom and then go to the lab and we'll get
45:16some blood work done and a stool sample and then we'll go from there. Okay.
45:18Okay. All right. Thank you.
45:20You're so welcome. Eating raw meat is almost like an identity to me. It brings me like childhood memories of
45:26my Nana. Sorry. If I have to stop eating raw meat, I feel like, like I'm not carrying on the family
45:43tradition. I feel like a disappointment to like my Nana. And I feel like I'm kind of like letting
45:52that piece of her go and she's, she's already gone.
46:00So we've got your results here. Your stool culture came back. So it definitely looks like you've got
46:07some degree of a chronic infection, inflammation going on. What concerns me here, it looks like you
46:15have entero invasive E. coli in your colon. It's interesting because typically someone with that
46:32would have nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, all of that kind of stuff.
46:38In seeing that you don't have any symptoms, it leads me to believe that it's been there for such a long
46:44time that your body is adapted to it. Wendy having that bacteria in her colon is dangerous because
46:52it's compromises her immune system. That bacteria now has probably become resistant to almost every
46:59single type of antibiotic. So if you were to get sick with any other type of illness coupled with that
47:05bacteria there, it would be very difficult for antibiotics to work.
47:19I was told that as it is now, if I needed an antibiotic to save my life, it's not going to.
47:25And that's very scary to me. It's really just a matter of time, you know, truthfully.
47:30I'm just having a hard time processing if I'm going to stop or not, you know.
47:41I'm going to be honest with you. I'm not going to stop eating raw meat.
47:46I plan to eat grass-fed only from a good source. No more ground at all. Not even if it's grass-fed
47:53for my health to be here for my children and for my husband and family. But I'm not going to get
47:59rid of my porter houses. Even though I'm not going to completely give up my raw meat-eating addiction,
48:05I think moving forward I'm going to make healthier decisions.
48:08The product has arrived, babe. I love the way that it feels on my skin. It has a very sticky texture
48:27to it. My golden product. Are you for real? I'm thrilled. It gets you excited. It really does. I
48:33can drink 100 cups of coffee a day. Nobody can drink more than me. Give me one second,
48:37though. I have to use the bathroom really, really quick. I go to the bathroom about 20 times to death.
48:42Like right now, I have to go. Excuse me. I'm exposing the area between my genitals and anus
48:47to the sun. Have you ever had a sunburn down there? Yeah. I get a kick out of like that little
48:53like swarming sensation in my mouth. 70% of the globe eats insects. Not live. I have a pair
49:00of my dad's underwear. Your dad? And I smell it like, you know. People look at this and like
49:07going to a circus or something. I don't need your help, bro. It's no sense of talking to you. No,
49:12it's no sense of talking to you. He was chewing it up and swallowing it. I have never seen that
49:16before. This is what I do. You don't like it, kiss my flat ass. I don't know. Has anybody ever died
49:21from it? Absolutely. It can actually result in sudden death. I'm worried about you ever having a real
49:28relationship with a human being. I don't care what anybody thinks. We're in love,
49:32and I'm not going to give him up.
