00:00For a good reason, this is our first ever Crunch Labs Hide and Seek competition.

00:05Those super creative product designers that design your Crunch Labs build boxes every month
00:08also happen to be annoyingly good at hiding themselves away,
00:12making this the most epic game of hide and seek ever played.

00:18All right, PDs, Mark is waiting right outside that door.
00:21You've got one minute to get into your hiding places.
00:24It's so quiet.

00:27With the product designers headed off to their hiding spots,
00:30as you can see, they employed quite a few different strategies,
00:33from cardboard boxes to custom-engineered hideouts to whatever this is.
00:38I need to become foam.
00:40And some even made the very bold choice to hide in plain sight.
00:43I'm a grip.
00:44As the minute ticked down, everyone was well hidden except for Dan, who was struggling a bit.
00:49And this could take a while, so in the meantime, let's review the rules.
00:52I have a half hour to find all nine product designers
00:55who can fight back with their blasters.
00:57And if I don't find them all,
00:58then they get to make me post anything they want on my Instagram.
01:01With Dan finally set in his hiding spot, it's time to start the game.
01:05All right, PDs are in place.
01:07It's going to be the fastest game of hide and seek in the history of YouTube.

05:34an infrared camera.
05:35This camera allows us to see temperature as an image,
05:38with cold shown as blue and hot shown as orange,
05:41which should make finding the product designers fairly easy.
05:44All right, I'm checking this box for a heat signature.
05:46I don't see anything,
05:47but I've noticed already the PDs are kind of jumpy.
05:53This is where the infrared pays off.
05:55There's no heat signature.
