Here we are! I should be releasing the story this month. I am still waiting on one piece and some feedback but I believe it'll be good to go this month.

In the mean time, I've got other writing projects as I wait. I am doing an art trade with Miau. A story for him which he wants to draw stuff for and then something in return, idk what yet. It's done, just editing now and then letting him go wild. No idea when I will put it out though. It's short, 12 pages of his Arcanine and Jolteon with lewd slapped in.

After I will start on one of 3 stories. Maybe the really short one which will be done within a week hopefully before hitting a slightly longer.

Other stuff coming too! Not sure what but I have another interest in a trade so I will weave that one between before doing another short story. So I'll be busy with writing.

A new year, probably same me!

I finished writing the story completely last month about midway. As always, I lied about the length and it's past 310 pages at this point. I'm very happy with it and just going through for the second time now to catch all errors and clean up issues/inconsistencies. I aimed for end of January, but I need to give others more time. Two art pieces left to slap in there, editor also needs a little time. I am hoping for early February!

After I am done with that, I will be taking a ''''''''break'''''''''' where I do shorter stuff for probably the whole year. I have more long content in mind, but I want to give the idea I have for the next story time to cook in my head. I already have at least 3 I want to tell after I release this one, all relating to the story for mini post epilogue stuff.

As for other things, if you are a friend/acquaintance and want to do a trade of some sort, let me know. I'd love to do a sort of collab story where someone draws a thing and I write to accommodate the picture or vice-versa. If I know you decently, hit me up if that interest you since I wanna do a lot of shorter content this year.

What is your new years resolution? I am going for a caffeine drop. I've been skipping days without it for a few weeks now, hoping to not have it unless I really need to stay awake for something.

Last month of the year and hopefully the last time I share an update before my story is done. Great progress last month, I got so much work done and passed the 250 mark the other night. I thought the story would be over around this spot...but I am once again wrong. Probably shy of 300 now is my final guess. Either way, I am very happy with the progress and how it is turning out.

Nothing much else, going to keep it short and ask a selfish question this time. While I do have several friends that have read the stories and told me about what they liked/don't like/general feedback, I wanna know about others. If there's anyone out there who either has read it and not mentioned or just stopped somewhere and never picked it back up. If you just haven't bothered to read for whatever reason. If so on not reading or finishing, why? Uninterested? Don't have time? Only read the smut stuff (I get it) I really like to know more so, if anyone of you fall into these categories, please share!

Finally some cold weather. Keeping it short, I'm writing/editing still, I've passed the 2/3rd mark and have made a lot more progress from the last month. I predict I will be done writing mid December and editing on my side will be done before January. I do have others I rely on for feedback and help though, so I cannot say when I will have it ready for sure. Hopeful to put it out before January ends but may be looking at February. Regardless, I will always be working on a story so there's that. I have several in mind after this, but nothing lewd related. Can't share much info on those as they'd spoil story stuff!

I skipped an update last month since I had nothing to share. Got sick and a little unmotivated, then also did a private story for someone I owed. So my progress was very little. Then in September, I had a vacation and got VERY sick again during it. It actually broke my two years of writing daily streak sadly because I was so ill. I'm back and fully motivated now, hoping to finish writing by the end of the year!

Art for the story is nearly done too. I have a few I am waiting for artist to finish, then a couple more that I wanna get as well as good progress on the cover. Should be all wrapped up around finishing writing.

As for what else, I dropped a story last week, held onto it for too long and mostly because I wanted to for in-betweens on writings since I won't be posting another for a while. Other than that, super happy and excited to share this next big project.

I like asking questions at the end, so here's this month's. Does music ever motivate your characters or their lore? I like slapping music in my stories now as anyone who has been reading them knows. I can spoil a bit of a character in the next story by saying what inspired her. I've recently (as of earlier this year) became a big fan of Nine Inch Nails and a lot of their music inspired the antagonist of the next story. Specifically 'The Fragile' album and the first batch of songs. I won't say more since that should give a clear idea of what they are like but do share your inspiration (if any) from music.

Here we are again, another month passing by.

Next Chic story is officially 1/3 written and I am very happy with it so far. I slowed down about early to mid July due to a pet passing away, but I'm doing better now. I still have another story I am sitting on that I plan to release this month too, so if you love Shade and Psy and incest, then look forward too it. I treat it mostly as a comedy though, sex just happens to be in it.

I don't have much to share, just like doing these for anyone who likes keeping up. Story progress is good. As of writing this journal, I have 63 pages done on it and aim for somewhere around 250 pages. Shorter than the last 2, but I think this one is more focused than those. I'm going pretty fast right now and expect to be done before October, but with edits and stuff, might go into end of year.

For other stories, I still have 2 on the back burner. I just need another look at them but have been more interested in writing than editing.

Distractions - Shade and Psy try to relax on a quiet morning, well, it was quiet. Everyone is showing up to bother them while they try to bang! Kinda a joke story, but it does involve this thing called sex in it.

It'll have Valean in it and very very loosely be tied to post Chic Tendie: Heroes reborn. I just wanted to write some straight up smut for once rather than make a joke or try to have it character driven like the last few.

Finally, I have started the final story in the Chic Trilogy. I predict to be finish before end of year and maybe another 300 pages. Once done I will slap all the Chic lore together in a big document, all the clean stuff at least. I'll probably go back and remaster the first story too since it has a number of errors, but I won't change anything in it, just errors

For FA users I have kinda been doing this monthly for anyone interested in my personal projects. It's mostly writing stuff.

I still have many stories on the way. A stand alone thing that follows some characters post Team Shine lore, though you can read it without having any context, it would spoil a bit from it. Next is the extended epilogue for Heroes Reborn. Then I might dip into doing a NSFW short story again before working on the final part of the Chic Tendie Trilogy. That's basically my next year timeline now.

They just released another journal stating specifically Torchic in it. I have a Torchic character and funny enough, I have been writing out her lore before this all started. She hates being called a child and has her reasons staying at that state in her evolution. Despite this, the mods know better than me. If I wanted a cub character, I'd just make it a cub character. I have no interest in hiding their age to post it in a place like here.

That being said I am not deleting my gallery. It's staying up until the trigger is pulled. I will try and start uploading on Inkbunny. I don't care what your opinion on stuff that is hosted on that site, it has a blacklist. This site has trash features that have not changed or updated in forever. Only recently they made it so you don't have to reupload images for the correct resolution. Their reasoning to suddenly enforce this rule makes no sense.

As a reminder, the following characters are underage but FA allows on here:

Hammond (Overwatch, is 12 in the first game now 14 in 2)
Wolf Link (Stated in two different sources to be 17 in Twilight Princess but they walked back on a later interview to be 16)
Bunny Link (Unknown age in Link to the Past but in a direct sequel game with the same link, Link's Awakening, he is stated to be 16)

These are a few examples off the top of my head that are of popular characters. I am sure there are more so if you have sources to back up I can add more to the list.

As for me, I have better things to worry about. I'll be sad to lose a gallery I have spent years created of stuff I commissioned, but I will slowly try to upload it to Inkbunny now.

I have quite a few characters that are small and can be considered 'cub' so I think it's time I actually start using other sites.

It's still early in with almost 40 pages done, so still going to be a while but I hope to finish it this year. It revolves around my Torchic character who probably will be banned from here. I have been teasing it a little with images I've been uploading.

I made one for each and that is all. Also I tried uploading some more art to include one I have yet to share here but FA keeps erroring out like it did for a few days.
