If you wish to commission me please read the following text:

Note: I will ALWAYS ask you what your commission idea is before any set price is stated. My prices vary. I can give you a general range but I will never provide a set price until I see the references and understand the work that your looking for.
I also do a ''base sketch'' before payment to get a grasp on the subject matter.
Base sketches will never be of cost to you unless you suddenly decide that the base sketch is the only thing you want or you ask for heavy changes/clean-up then suddenly terminate the commission or ask for multiple re-draws.

ANOTHER IMPORTANT NOTE: I DON'T DO PRIVATE WORK I CAN ONLY MAKE YOU ANONWHEN I POST THE ART PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND BEFORE ASKING ME FOR ART FOR THE LOVE OF GOD IT MAKES THINGS AWKWARD.

REGUARDING PAYMENT:

PAYPAL ONLY:
When ordering a commission please make sure you can use Paypal. It is currently my only source of receiving payment.

- Payment is typically always up front. If you can't pay for the full drawing up front I can section it off into parts and you can pay by progress. (Example: Pay for lineart the first week and pay for color the next week)
Please try to state that you will need a payment plan before the work begins!

JOINT COMMISSIONS:
(This is for multiple people wanting the same commission)
(Example: A second person plans to pay for a portion or it is a gift for another person) Please have direct contact with the second user, direct them to me or add me to a discord group call. This helps with communication. If the joint commission is too vague or there are misunderstandings between users I may terminate the commission and/or refund.

Timeframe:

My time frames vary depending on how large the commission is and the details in it.
My personal artwork can sometimes take me weeks to a month to complete while a commissioned piece will have more focus to it and sometimes take a day, a few days or week at most unless its larger/ Has more detail.

Health related delays:

I have various health related issues with my digestive system and nervous system. If I have a day where I become sick/ill or have a panic attack that requires medication, there is a chance that your commission may be delayed for a day. My medication can unintentionally make me fall asleep or I will require a period of rest to recover from digestive issues. Since I send updates regularly I will also update you on if there is a delay due to health.


WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW:

- Children or ''cubs'' depicted in sexual scenarios in ANY form.
- PETS depicted in sexual scenarios
- Racist stuff or hate group related
- Feral / Feral animals(Non-cognitive) depicted in sexual scenarios with cognitive species
- Extreme hyper/extremely rounded/inflated characters in unnatural shapes
- Macro/Micro (particularly the extremely large kind)
- Depictions of characters violently gagging, vomiting or choking on obscene materials such as scat
- Sexualized infantisation
- Sexualized gore with heavily violent themes or death
- Very detailed backgrounds

WHAT I CAN DRAW:

- Humanoid, Furry, Semi-feral, Feral, Robotic, Plush etc.
- Vanilla SFW or NSFW
- BDSM
- Mild vore
- Bodysuiting
- Cognitive feral / feral animals in sexual scenerios
- Cognitive human or other species in sexual scenerios
- Feet and paws
- Various body types (Very skinny/very fat/Deformity etc.)
- Scat, Urine, Gas etc. Bodily waste but rarely vomit.
- Predatory depictions of animals attacking other animals or Generic gore (Non-sexual)
- Consensual humiliation, cucking, breaking, etc.
- Simple backgrounds

** For context when I say cognitive I mean having an adult human-like conscious. I will only draw NSFW if the characters can fully consent to everything unless they are literally just 2 animals fucking.

AI RELATED:

If you pay for the art you get from me and it is in the realm of your copyright you can do whatever you want with it, be it personal use or otherwise BUT- Do NOT re-sale my art to NFT or AI generators for any reason! I will consider this a form of art theft and block you.


REGARDING CHANGES IN COMMISSION / TERMINATIONS:

Edits:
Please avoid asking for frequent / heavy changes throughout the process. I am fine with editing things but only to an understandable degree. Once an art piece is fully approved and completed- any edits after that will not be guaranteed free, especially if a long period of time has passed since completion.
If your edits you ask for include alternate versions or extra parts to the drawing that were not stated prior to starting I will most likely ask for extra payment for the additions.

Backing out of a queue:

You can back out of a commission queue at any time. There are no issues with this and you will not be blacklisted. My blacklist is saved for scammers, harassment or charge backing (AKA: Personally taking the money back after you payed for the art) You should NEVER do a charge back. If you have any issues please talk to me about it.

Terminating a commission / Denial:

Terminating a commission simply means I have the right to end a commission at any time during progress if there are problems that arise. Terminations are extremely rare. It is usually in the case of scamming, harassment or serious illness.
Denial is not as drastic. I can deny any commission/trade/request asked of me for any reason prior to any payment or ref. provided.
If said commission is terminated by me for any reason you will be given a full or partial refund which will be dependent on the amount of work already made and shown to you. If the client is the one terminating a commission this will always result in a partial refund. I do not provide full refunds if you back out as I'm working on the art. Terminations also do not result in a blacklist or put you at risk for blacklisting.

Refunds:
There are no refunds for finished art work. Manual, Partial refunds can be given if for any reason you wish to end work being done.
