Introducing the Kita'sisters! (G)
2 years agoThe Kitashima SistersLocation: The Kitashima Shrine
Illuminated by illustrious silver moonlight, the Kitashima Shrine's vibrant dual hues shine as bright as starlight. Neatly trimmed grass makes a natural pathway beneath the great red Torri gate that guards the only entrance to a grand Shrine. A faint wind whistled through golden chimes arranged beneath the black archway crowning this gate, creating a soft, melodic background for the serene scene.
Standing directly in the middle, an observer would note that this enchanted and most sacred sanctum was evenly divided between the dual deities it served. To one's left, warm embers of ruby petals blanketed atop green drass, laid to rest from a large Sakai tree watching over the Shrine. A humble wooden sign intricately carved with the name 'Kitashima Shrine' was tucked safely into the shadowy recesses of it's hallowed trunk. To the right, cool cerulean hues washed across the landscape, leaves of deep azure fell from a sister Sakai, briefly illuminated to brilliance by a row of floor lanterns that marked the footpath leading deeper into the sanctuary.
Hanging from the Torri gate on equidistant edges were two brightly lit lanterns, each decorated with the symbol of worship they represented. To the left, a sun surrounded by sakura petals. To the right, a crescent moon amidst a field of stars.
However, the most striking elements from this scenery were nested together beneath the Torii gate, a pair of mythical creatures wrapped as one in sisterly love, their features luminous, piercing the darkness between themselves and the observer as easily and naturally as one breathes.
The Kita'sisters stood as one, yet they appeared worlds apart in man small ways. Miya was bold, flirty and confident in her posture with an air of audacity about her that exuded playfulness and distracted from the cold, calculating gaze of icy cyan that seemed to divine hidden truths. Maya by comparison was much softer, her posture modest and reserved with a gentle expression that conveyed a compassion and kindness one would expect to see only in their mother. Her crimson eyes were striking, yet held warm embers of love and caring rarely seen.
Both were dressed in fanciful kimonos clearly tailored to their absurdly voluptuous proportions, Miya's light azure attire starting off plain and simple at the top but slowly darkening and deepening in complexity as one's gaze trailed down her curvaceous form, ending in the deep golden swirls and stars of what appeared to be a tumultuous ocean beneath a bright moonscape. Maya's was more uniform and even, one might even call it steady if they knew the symbolism. Belted in black, hers too began in plain fashion but swiftly turned to delicate patterns of golden suns and decorative flowers. Both had long thigh slits that allowed supple thigh flesh to shine through, Miya of course being the one to flaunt this the most with one knee lifted forwards atop dainty, painted, pointed toes; causing the darker blue fabric to slip from her hip in a dangerously saucy show.
To look upon the pair of vixens was akin to peering into the eyes of perfect itself or as near to it as the mortal form could achieve and contain such divine radiance. Miya held a head of glistening snow White hair adorned with a simple yet elegant white and golden flower pin. Long locks avalanched down her back, neatly held in place by a pair of orange golden pins set at a horizontal angle, each bearing a set of nine thin chimes dangling off the end. A soft glow of cyan hues radiated from the tips of her ears and tails, shimmering with the immense magical power they appeared to contain. Her eyes were stellar jewels alight with cosmic radiance, luminous cyan moons adorned with glistening crimson highlighting that matched her sister's.
Maya's crimson crescents were framed by a low hanging fringe of glossy brown and highlighted by traditional block eyeliner. Her hair was crowned by two fluffy brown ears tipped in glowing red highlights, a golden band resting neatly in front of them which secured two golden suns. Each artistically designed to appear as blossoming flowers, a central sun with its golden rays portrayed as petals, symbolising her cosmic role.
With such sets eyes firmly fixed upon the observer, one might start to feel that it is they who are being observed instead, such is the firm confidence of their levels gazes.
"Ara~Ara~ An inquisitive mind dared to approach us in our own realm, how terrifyingly brave~" Miya chimed in a playful tone that could be considering mocking were it not for the sinful undertones accompanying it.
"Oh do behave, sister. They have clearly come seeking out benevolent guidance, do not frighten them needlessly." Maya lightly scolded in turn, flashing Miya a wary side eye as if concerned about something.
"Aha~ If they scare that easily then I doubt they would benefit from out knowledge anyway!" Miya retorted, earning an indignant huff from Maya, who rolled her eyes before refocusing on the observer.
"Regardless, you are welcome here just as long as you behave and remain courteous. This is our home after all." The brunette instructed.
"Tch~ And I'm the scary one? Don't worry dear, you'll find it a challenge to misbehave more than me~ Be welcome! My name is Miya Kitashima, the Lunar Goddess." The snow haired vixen beamed.
"And my name is Maya Kitashima, the Solar Goddess." Maya added, before both gave polite bows that threatened to send their rather loose fitting kimonos tumbling down and briefly putting on display the twinned pairs of mountainous moons, each glistening brightly in their porcelain perfection.
(Outro - Flirty, close scene.)
"You know...a tasty morsel like you would make a fine acolyte for our Shrine~" Miya purred, her eyes glistening with mischief, her tone soaked in sultry promise.
"Oh goodness, don't tease them like that! You know what happened last time." Maya warned in cryptic fashion.
"That was a learning experience~ Besides, they enjoyed it didn't they~?" Miya grinned, it wasn't really a question, the confidence the Kitsune displayed told of her considerable experience.
"Siiigh. Just don't break them too quickly this time...I barely got to have any fun the last time." Maya huffed and muttered under her breath.
[color=cyan]"Aha~ It's a deal then!" Miya exclaimed, an agreement made between the sister seeming to completely disregard the observer. Riiight up until their focal point turned towards them once more, both sporting wide, foxy grins in a rare moment of twin like synchronisation. The next words they spoke, they spoke as one. Unified in a sonorous tune with sparkling notes and undertones that were more felt than heard.
"We welcome you~ Do come in and accept our humble hospitality. Be our guest~" The words flow like honeyed treats through ears and brain, enticing on a level beyond mortal comprehension. At the same time, the sisters part from their close entwinement and gracefully bow once more, arms extended in gesture between them, directed at the Shrine behind as if suddenly they were the servants and the observer was the guest of honour.
Dare you enter the foxes lair?
Writer here! Thank you for reading this short introduction to the sisters, I hope you enjoyed! I'd welcome any feedback or comments, and if my writing entices you, let me know! I am quite open to trade as well, either writing for art or writing for writing if that interests you. Thank you again and have a wonderful day!
