As Omega observed the puny organic clinging to his finger, his systems ran all sorts of scans on the thing.
No built-in weaponry, severely lacking armor plating... the organic didn't even possess a self-destuct mechanism! That explained its fear at the very least, although the robot had to question the logic of it clinging to his hand for protection in that case - it was unnerved by him was it not?
"Do not fear, organic. You are far too inconsequential for me to eviscerate."
