• I'm a NSFW artist, I'm ok with: Sex, Vore, Fruit or Candy Gore (no actual blood), Harem, Gangbang, Micro, Macro, Paws, Fat, inflation, inflatables, TF / TG, Transformation, Light Bondage/Shibari, Tentacles, Oviposition, Creampie...You can also ask.

• I'll not accept any ideas that sexualizes, harms or abuses a character with a diaper even if the character is adult.
• I'll not accept any ideas that mix blood / gore with sex or genitals. I'm ok with drawing gore as long as it is not a fetish art and has nothing to do with drawing genitals in the same art. (if confused you can ask)
• I will only accept comics with child harm/murder if the story OC lore, totally not made to romanticize or glorify abuse in any way or isn't any kind of fetish. Same for comics with menstruation, I have full rights to deny any commissions of this type if I feel uncomfortable with the story. If after I'm done with the art I find out you were fetish mining I have the right to block you!
• If you commission me a NSFW comic and then edit the speech lines to make it a rape/non-consent comic I have the right to block you.
"Fetish Mining is a term to describe the act of asking someone for fetish content, without them knowing the content is for a fetish or sexual purpose. Often this solicitation will be done in such a way as to seem 'innocent' so as to avoid the sexual aspect"
• I'm mostly ok with cartoony looking ferals like Disney, MLP or Pokémons/Digimon BUT I might deny to do a Feral NSFW if the idea makes me uncomfortable or if the character is way too realistic. I can draw any type of dick in ferals but I do not accept to draw animal like vaginas/anus, I'll only do humanoid vagina/anus. I do not accept to draw Feral x Anthro or Human as well.
• I do not do animation commissions, only animated YCHs!
[ HOW LONG WILL MY COMMISSION TAKE? ARE THERE DEADLINES? ]
• Timeline: Commission turnaround can range from 1 week to up to 5 months, depending on the scale and complexity of the project.
• My Process & Health: I am a slow-paced artist. Due to my personal circumstances, including my diagnosed conditions (depression, anxiety, Autism, and ADHD), I need to prioritize my well-being to maintain consistent quality. This means I may need extra time to take care of myself. I appreciate your patience and understanding in advance, and please avoid sending frequent messages if I am offline.
• Timeline by Complexity:
•For fast commissions, such as a sketch, it may take about 1 week.
•For simple commissions, such as Flat Color Icon/Headshot, it may take about 1-2 weeks.
•For more detailed work, such as Soft Shading Fullbody with 2 Characters, the timeline may extend to 3 weeks to 1 month.
•For large-scale projects, such as Soft Shading Fullbody with a Detailed Background and 5 Additional Characters, completion may require 5 months or more.
I avoid setting strict deadlines upfront because the scale of each project varies and real-life events may influence my work schedule. Please remember I have personal obligations outside of art.
• WIP Requests: You’re always welcome to request Work-In-Progress (WIP) updates anytime! I’ll happily share screenshots of my progress if asked. Please refer to the "[WORK PROCESS]" section for further details.
• Urgent Commissions: If you require expedited work with a specific deadline, an urgent fee of 100% of the total price will apply. I’ll prioritize your commission and work toward the requested deadline.
• No Rushing Policy: If you haven’t paid for an urgent commission, please avoid rushing me. Asking for daily updates is highly stressful. Rest assured, I’ll keep you informed on any progress or delays as needed.
[ PAYMENT ]
•Payment Methods:
•Payments are accepted in USD via PayPal or Ko-Fi.
•For Brazilian clients, payment is accepted in BRL via PIX. If you claim to be Brazilian, we will communicate in Portuguese.
•Payment Requirements:
•Full payment upfront is required before beginning work.
•Payments over $200 USD may be split into two installments: the first payment upfront, and the second after you approve the initial sketch.
•How to Pay: I will provide my PayPal.Me link upon commission agreement. Once payment is received, I will begin your project.
•Refund Policy:
•No refunds. Any attempt to initiate a refund through PayPal will result in an immediate block and a permanent blacklist.
•If you choose to cancel the commission midway, please be aware that your payment will not be refunded regardless of the project’s completion status. Please be certain about your decision before committing.
•Pricing Structure for Comics and Reference Sheets:
•For comic commissions, each panel is charged individually based on my Commission Sheet rates (e.g., headshot, halfbody, fullbody). For example, a comic with 4 headshots will be priced as 4 individual headshots. No discounts are applied.
•Reference sheets are similarly calculated per item or character component.
[ BEFORE ORDERING ]
•NSFW Art Policy: By purchasing any NSFW artwork, you confirm that you are an adult (18+).
• Personal Use Only: All standard art prices are for personal use only. Commercial use requires a separate agreement and price adjustment. This means you may not sell, redistribute, or use my artwork commercially without discussing and agreeing on new terms with me.
• Copyright Ownership: While you own the character rights, I retain full copyright to the artwork itself. This means you do not own the artwork copyright, even if it features your character.
• Restrictions on my own Merchandising: I will not sell or create merchandise of commissioned art featuring your characters, nor will I upload it to platforms like Ko-Fi. However, I may sell SFW art featuring my own original characters or canon characters from games, anime, cartoons, movies, or books if commissioned as solo art.
• Portfolio and Posting Rights: I reserve the right to use commissioned artworks in my portfolio and to post them publicly unless you pay an additional 100% privacy fee (for private art). Upon request, I can post your art anonymously without tagging or mentioning your name for free, at no extra charge. (Which means I'll not mention you in the art description)
• Watermark Integrity: Do not add watermarks to my artwork, as this could cause confusion about its authorship. Additionally, please do not remove my watermark from the piece, as this is disrespectful and may lead to blacklisting.
• Communication Guidelines: If you have multiple questions or points, please share them in one message for efficiency. This approach allows me to respond faster and prevents delays.
• Right to Refuse Future Commissions: I reserve the right to decline any future commissions if a client’s behavior is disrespectful, makes me uncomfortable, is unduly stressful, or involves harassment.
[ WORK PROCESS ]
• Reference Images: Due to my autism, I work best with visual references. Please provide 3-10 refsheet, pose, background and object images. Avoid "image puzzles" (e.g., separate images for head, tail, body type, etc.). Clear and complete references help me work efficiently.
• Detailed Description Required: Please provide a detailed description of your vision for the artwork, including pose, expressions, background, lighting, weather, and any other specifics. Being clear about your expectations helps ensure the art meets your vision.
• Details and Artistic Liberty: Be very clear with all details regarding poses, backgrounds, items, and expressions. If you're uncertain about specifics, I welcome you to allow artistic liberty.
• Approval Steps and Revisions:
• Sketch Stage: After completing the initial sketch, I’ll send you a screenshot for approval. Any requested changes at this stage are incorporated into a new screenshot. Once approved, I’ll move to the next step (flat color). Note: Major lineart changes after approval will incur an extra charge.
• Flat Color Stage: I will send you a screenshot of the flat colors for approval. Once you approve, I will proceed to the final shading step. Note: Heavy color adjustments after approval will also incur an extra charge.
• Shading Stage (Final Step): Shading is the most time-intensive step and marks the final phase. No further changes to the overall artwork can be made once shading begins. I can only adjust shading or lighting at this point. After shading, the artwork is complete, and no further edits will be accepted.
• Reworking the Artwork: 100% extra charge for having me restart a piece entirely. If you request a complete rework or restart after coloring or near-completion, a 100% extra charge will apply.
• WIP Screenshots and Approval: I require you to be available (online) to approve each Work-In-Progress (WIP) stage, such as sketch and flat color, to ensure everything aligns with your request. Each WIP screenshot provides a chance to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. I require approval at each stage to proceed; if I don’t receive a response, I will pause work until I have your confirmation.
Change Requests: Please be thorough with change requests when you receive the first screenshot and further WIPs. I allow up to 10 changes per stage if needed. However, please note that excessive or repeated changes can delay the overall work. To avoid delays, please be sure of any changes before requesting them. If revisions become excessive, an additional $5 to $10 USD fee will apply, as frequent adjustments add significant time and can become stressful for me.
• Quality and Delivery: Every commission is created with care, effort, and attention to detail. Upon completion, I’ll send you a high-resolution download link via Google Drive or e-mail. My artwork sizes range from 2000x2000 to 4000x4000 pixels or larger, providing optimal quality for wallpapers or display.

• Payment in 48 Hours. If the winner loses their place, the second higher bidder gets the YCH.
• I NEED your character reference sheet! please avoid sending me more than 3 images and each image as a puzzle for me to fix. (Example: image 1 head, 2 tail, 3 body type, 4 base colors, 5 hands etc)
• My YCH Rules are CLEAR about body types, species, gender, themes, anything. Do not ask for changes if it's clear in the rules that I'll not do them. Because I have the right to decline.
• If you happen to keep deleting all your bids or keep placing bids but never answer my notes you will be automatically blocked.
• Do NOT discourage other bidders nor try to guilt trip me. Comments like: "I hope no one else bid" "I'm poor I'm sad ): " "Only rich people can afford this" or any of the kind will be deleted. it is unecessary and uncomfortable for me and my clients too. If I see you doing this I will end up blocking your account to stop total contact.
• Do NOT keep asking me to "change the SB price", to give you a discount or anything like that. I will decline, and if you continue, the only thing you're going to get is being blocked.
• Do NOT Bid if later on you're not going to want the art, be fully sure of wanting it. If this happen more than once, I'll have to block you.
