Another In-stream raffle sketch from SepiSnake
of a Gorn Starfleet Officer trying to resolve the mystery of the fluorescent pink Tribble, and if it has something to do with why they have a tail.
They're quite a big fellow if that comically undersized Tricorder is any indication. Poor guy needs to squint to read whatever readings are on there.
While they are meant to be a one-off character, I couldn't help myself but invent some lore ideas for this space lizard, such as them not so much serving on board a ship, but a research station instead. One that seems to be a magnet for strange encounters, unknown anomalies and other weekly weirdness you could expect a Federation starship to encounter.
Who knows, maybe we'll see more of them, but no promises.

According to beta canon from the Star Trek Adventures ttrpg, Gorn are actually a collective of different species! Hence ones with tails, and ones without (and with the compound eyes) are different species all calling themselves Gorn. All the Gorn species are related.
