Hello Campers!
It’s a new year and a new approach to camp reservations. Camp Silverball is popular and it’s getting harder and harder to ensure a fair way for everyone to have a chance at getting a spot each year. So this year we are going to move to a lottery system and do away with our first come, first serve approach to snagging a campsite reservation. With us selling out in under a minute, asking folks to get a form filled out is no longer easy nor fair.
So starting this year, we will open a camper waitlist on March 1st and will hold a random drawing on March 14th that will include everyone on the waitlist that has registered over the two week period. We will work through the lottery winners in order of drawing until all the spots are filled. Later, if spots open (for example, someone has to cancel their reservation), then we will draw another name from the list. The waitlist will remain open until the week before the show, just in case any additional spots open. Everyone now has two weeks to get your name on our waitlist, no need to panic about only having 30 seconds to get your name registered.
As a reminder, we expanded Camp Silverball last year and it now extends to the north end of the parking lot. This new quieter area doesn’t have water or electrical hook ups but is still close enough to all the action. We should be able to fit everyone if some folks are able to camp off grid in this expanded area. Specific campsite assignments will continue to work on a first come, first serve basis. Our camp host will ask you as you check-in at Camp Silverball HQ if you want the party or the quiet area of camp and then you will pick an open spot from the host’s list in that area. Once one area fills up, then folks will have to accept a campsite in the remaining area.
And finally, for all you tent only campers, we had room for all of you last year. Sign up on the waitlist just like any other camper and select Tent Only camping and you should get a spot in our general tent area (requires you to park your vehicle in the parking lot).

Reservations for the 2025 show will open on March 15th, at 9am PST!
Unfortunately we have reached capacity for our campground. Every year we get a few cancelations, so please feel free to submit a request and we will work through our waitlist as space becomes available.

The Lodi Grape Festival Grounds is located in San Joaquin County on Highway 99 just north of Highway 12. Guess what? About a stones throw from the Golden State Pinball Festival lies an RV park. We like to refer to it as Camp Silverball. Click on fairgrounds map to the right to see proximity.

The demand for spots is high every year. In an effort to make it fair for all, sites cannot be selected ahead of time. Your paid reservation simply guarantees you a spot. You can pick your campsite upon check-in.
