Create and share a custom dictionary

- [Ann Marie] Hi, it's Ann Marie for InDesign Tips for Design Geeks. Today we're going to get real geeky with it, and I'm going to show you how you can create very quickly, and surprisingly easily, a custom dictionary for you and your team, your colleagues or freelancers who are also using InDesign to work on documents for your company. The idea being that your company might have a whole bunch of product names or other terms that InDesign's basic user dictionary does not recognize. Like, here I'm working, say at a horticulture company, and this is a long catalog of all the different kind of plants and shrubs and so on that we offer, but there's a lot of terms that it's not recognizing. So like Japonica, it doesn't know. I have Dynamic spell check on. So I can just right click on these and say, "No, it's not Napoleonic." That would be idiotic. But do I can choose Add Japonica and that would just add it to my user dictionary…
