What's changed in the age of generative AI?
- Before we get into the details, let's touch on the fact that the only constant is change, and a lot has happened since the original recording of this course. As leaders, I'm sure this isn't lost on you. There have been major innovations that must be considered and included in any modern AI strategy. Those innovations include the explosion of large language models onto the scene that are powering everything from co-pilots, and digital assistants, to AI agents in the broader agentic scope. All this is altering everything from how we interact with, develop, and use software to how we operate businesses, hire and deploy talent, and serve stakeholders throughout our operational value chains, including customers, vendors, and employees. But in light of all of these exciting advancements in AI, my work with leaders around the world and my efforts as an investor and advisor to AI startups continue to reinforce for me that the fundamentals covered in this course are more important than ever. So whether you're hoping to pilot workflow automation or go big with generative AI and agentics, I'm confident the following lessons will serve you well.
