Part of your job is to address underperformance early to prevent long-term problems. In this lesson, you'll recognize early warning signs and prevent minor problems from escalating into larger ones. Consider whether you've seen these early warning signs show up on your team in the last few months: a decline in work quality; failure to contribute ideas or solutions; feedback from customers or coworkers about poor performance or communication; or avoidance of taking accountability for one's actions.
