Though we may all enjoy the flavor the true value is CHOICE and the ability to have CHOICES. We must understand that we are living in a day and time where choice is possible. Therefore we must treat people with the utmost kindness and respect and go “over board” for your team. Go where no one else is willing to go, of course, responsibly and within reason. Most importantly, value each person, patient, team member, or stakeholder realizing that everyone has a choice.
