As we all love having raw mango with salt and chilli so I have created these raw mango bite popsicles which taste almost same as that. So do try out this popsicles and enjoy summer 🌞

*Ingredients*
 • -Boiled raw mango: 1 cup
 • -Mint leaves: 1/4 cup
 • -Sugar: 1/2 cup
 • -Chaat masala: 1/2 tsp
 • -Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
 • -Lemon juice: 1/2 tbsp
 • -Water: 1/2 cup

Ingredients : 1. Chopped Mangoes 2 Cups 2. Sugar 3/4 Cup 3. Water 1 Cup 4. Mint Leaves 1/2 Cup 5. Roasted Jeera Powder 1/2 tsp 6. Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp 7. Black Salt 1/4 tsp  Method : 1. In the pan add chopped raw mangoes and sugar. Add water and cook this mixture until mangoes soften a little bit. 2. Let this mixture cool completely.  3. Add this mixture in a blender, add Mint Leaves, Chaat Masala, Jeera Powder, Black Salt and a little bit of Water if required. 4. Blend this mixture and pour this in Icecream moulds. If you want you can strain it too before pouring in ice cream moulds. 5. Refrigerate it for 7 to 8 hours or until it sets completely. 6. Sprinkle some black Salt on it and enjoy these fruity and juicy popsicles.

Ingredients:  • 3 cups water  • 1 cup fresh lime juice or 3/4 cup to make it less sour  • 1 cup sugar  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder or 1/4 tsp cellulose gum  Instructions:  • Mix the sugar and gelatin (or cellulose gum) together until well combined.  • Bring 3 cups of water to a simmer. Do not bring to a boil. Add the sugar/gelatin and mix until dissolved. When fully dissolved, turn off the heat. Let it cool completely, then chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to raise the viscosity.  • Meanwhile, squeeze enough limes to make 1 cup of lime juice. Use less if you don't like it too sour (I like my lime paletas more on the sour side). #RangDhamaka Try these flavourful Thandai Popsicles this Holi. Such an amazing recipe.  Ingredients : 1. Milk 2 Cups 2. Sugar 1/4 Cup 3. Thandai Powder 2 to 3 tbsp 4. Saffron Strands 10 to 12 5. Corn Starch 1 to 2 tbsp 6. Chopped Pistachios for Garnish  Method : - In the pan add all the above ingredients and mix well.  - Cook it for 5 to 7 Minutes or until Milk Mixture thicken a little bit. - Let this mixture cool completely at room temperature. - Pour this in Popsicle/Icecream Mould.  - Refrigerate for 7 to 8 hours or until sets completely. - Garnish with Chopped Pistachios and Serve chill.
