Chalupa: Use Gordita shells and fried them and then folded them over to make a taco shape (they aren’t as puffy as a normal chalupa but they have the same consistency and softness), ground beef with a taco seasoning packet, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, tomato, and sour cream. Quesadillas: I used regular tortilla shells, shredded cheese, and a bottle of Taco Bell’s jalapaneo ranch sauce, microwaved for 30 seconds and then grilled each side in a frying pan.
