Rosemary Crackers

So simple and with just a handful of ingredients, Rosemary Crackers are deliciously herby, crisp and moreish. Perfect as a snack, to eat with cheeses, paté, dips & spreads, or alongside soups. All you need are flour, fresh rosemary, salt, pepper, olive oil, and water. I like a little garlic powder too, but that’s entirely optional. Stir up the dough, roll, cut and bake and you’ll have tasty, crunchy crackers in little more than half an hour.
