Vendor Master Mass Maintenance

To mass maintain vendor master data across company codes: Select the "Vendor Master (Company code) Table name LFB1" in transaction code XK99 and choose the fields to copy. Execute the process to copy selected vendor data from company code 900 to company code 986 without changing existing data. Check the vendor data in transaction code XK03 to confirm the company code extension was successful.

Vendor master Mass maintenance: Execute t.

code XK99
Select the Vendor Master (Company code) Table name LFB1

Click on the Field tab and select the fields need to copy. And then execute

(F8)

In the tab Data records to be created select the vendors, company code as 986 and in Specific values for the reference select the company code 900. Please note: in the other tab Data records to be changed select the check box Do not change existing data. Now execute (or click F8)

Click on save icon

You will see all these green status for successful data updates/extension. Check vendor data thru t. code XK03, to confirm if the extension is thru as expected.
