Project Title: Parking Application

Executive Summary

1. Introduction
We are creating a Mobile application for Parking area Which is the need of the hour. The
purpose of our application is to provide people parking space for vehicles. When people visit a
shopping mall or hospital, they have a problem with parking Many people park their vehicles on
the road which can lead to road accidents, traffic problems and car theft. With that in mind,
we've come up with a solution for this we will create a mobile application. We will then contact
those who provide space for a parking lot near shopping malls, hospitals and parks. We will
allow parking providers to use our application after that people will book the parking area for
specific time. There will be a lot of convenience for people when they use our application.

2. Existing System / Competitive Analysis

There are two to three main areas or shopping mall which is provide us vehicles parking types
of services but they don’t have any type oy mobile or web application. Like izhar group of
companies and emporium mall and few more shopping malls provide us parking areas.

3. Problem Statement
Parking areas are not sufficient to handle the abundance of vehicles on everyday basis. The
parking process involves driving around the parking until you find an available space. This
process works for small lots but at the university driving form lot to lot wastes time and
resources and usually does not result in the user finding the best space for their needs. The
system will provide a method for those wishing to park at the university a tool to search the
real-time availability of spaces from multiple locations. "Finding a parking space at the
university, shopping mall or any company or institutes is a common. Finding the parking space
that best suits your needs can be very time consuming and often times the “drive around
looking method” does not result in the best space. Campus parking lots are often overcrowded
during certain times of the day and week making parking a guessing game and a matter of
luck."
4. Proposed Solution

We will contract with the hospital and shopping mall owner which provide us space and they use
our application for this purpose.
Our Mobile Application will help both i.e. Customers and Our support team.

guards for parking management.
Online payments.
Security.

5. Scope of the Project
