METHODOLOGY
This chapter consists of detailed description of the place and respondents of the
study, data collection, research design, research instrument, data gathering procedure and

This study utilized the descriptive. Descriptive research is concerned with the
conditions of the relationship that exist and practices that prevail. (David, 2002)
The Traffic Management Unit (TMU) of Roxas City was the site of the study.
This study was conducted by a team of criminology students from the Capiz State
University Dayao Satellite College, with the objective of examining the challenges faced
by the TMU in the implementation of number coding among tricycles in the city.
