NARRATIVE REPORT

The College of Criminal Justice Education Week has the theme "Fostering Unity and
Unlocking Potential: Empowering Criminology Students towards Academic
Excellence."

On the 18th day of April, the Criminology Days formally started, and certain activities
happened on that day. The first is Mass, and all students from Criminology attend
this event

This photo was taken after the

mass when we were preparing
for the parade. Those are team
Cyan, which is my team for the
entire week.

The first photo with my teammates

It is followed by the program that CSO prepared; one of those is a message from the
Dean, the presentation of yell, and the Pasamasid, in which I participate.

A screenshot photo from the video of our Pasamasid to prove that I participate in
this activity.

At 1 p.m. on the same day, they start another activity, which is the dance challenge
and Palarong Pinoy, where the students have fun. I joined Palarong Pinoy in the sack
race category, which builds unity with your teammates.

The first day of the event ended with memories, laughs, and camaraderie. And it
helps us to refresh and make some time to enjoy ourselves after our midterms.

On April 19, 2023, Day 2 of Crim Week starts at 8 a.m. with academic activities such
as quiz bees, poster making, essay writing, extemporaneous speech, oratorical
speech, combat shooting, and disassembly and assembly.

I participated in the assembly and disassembly of caliber 45, where Ma'am Regina is
part of the committee, and gladly we won 3rd place.

The afternoon activities are debate, survival of the fittest, and palo sebo. The
survival of the fittest determines the strength of a student in certain fields.

I joined the survival of the fittest for push-ups, and I only lasted for a few minutes.

Day 3 is considered everyone's favorite day because of the wonderful activities that
make us laugh. On Day 3, I participate in scrambled letters, an obstacle course, and a
color war. We won third place on the scrambled letters.
An obstacle course is assembled by CSO officers and volunteers that can challenge
students.

In a color war, I am the one who wears white. To identify the winner, all teams
should have 36 members, composed of 1 for the one that they need to protect, 15
for their defense, and 20 for their offense.

Day 4, or the last day of the event, happened from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m., and the
programs were the championship for debate, singing contest, 16 bars challenge,
Pasiklaban, and the battle of the bands. An award ceremony is also part of this
program and party to celebrate a week full of activities, happiness, and camaraderie.

For the last activity I participated in, Pasiklaban, we won first place because of the
uniqueness of our concept.
And the awarding ceremony, where we won 1st place as a team, 1st place in
pasiklaban, 1st place in a singing contest, 1st place in the survival of the fittest,
1st place in oratorical speech, 2nd place in the debate, 3rd place in the battle of the
bands, and 3rd place in assemble and disassemble. We are happy to build memories
with our seniors and all students of criminology. Yes, it is tiring, but all our effort paid
off with those awards, friendships, and memories that we will cherish in the future. I
am grateful to have become a part of Team Cyan.
