How to Play the Undead Blocks Public Beta:

Step 1 – Create an NFT compatible crypto wallet


If you already have an NFT compatible crypto wallet, you can skip to Step 2. We will walk you
through the most common wallet choice in MetaMask here. MetaMask and WalletConnect are
the best options to connect to Wagyu.io.

MetaMask is a cryptocurrency wallet used to interact with the Ethereum blockchain. It


can be accessed through an app or through a browser extension.

1: Download MetaMask wallet


Go to https://metamask.io/ and click on “Download”. Choose your preferred browser or
mobile application and install the MetaMask extension.

MetaMask supports iOS, Android native apps along with


Chrome, Firefox, Brave and Edge browser extensions.
2: MetaMask wallet installation
Click on the MetaMask extension and click on “Get Started”.

You can either import an existent wallet using the seed phrase or create a new one.

3: How to create a new MetaMask wallet


Click on “Create a Wallet” and on the next window click on “I agree” if you would like to help
improve MetaMask or click on “No Thanks” to proceed.
4: Create a strong password for your wallet.

5: Securely store the seed phrase for your wallet


Click on “Click here to reveal secret words” to show the seed phrase.
- MetaMask requires that you store your seed phrase in a safe place. It is the only
way to recover your funds should your device crash or your browser reset. We
recommend you write it down. The most common method is to write your 12-
word phrase on a piece of paper and store it safely in a place where only you have
access. Note: if you lose your seed phrase, MetaMask can’t help you
recover your wallet and your funds will be lost forever.
- Never share your seed phrase or your private key to anyone or any site, unless you
want them to have full control over your funds.
Click on “Next”.

6: Seed phrase confirmation


Confirm your secret backup phrase by clicking on each word in the order in which the
words were presented on the previous screen. Click on “Confirm” to proceed.

Congratulations! Your MetaMask wallet has been set up successfully.


You can now access your wallet by clicking on the MetaMask icon at the top-right-end
corner of your preferred browser.
Step 2 – Create a Wagyu Games account

1: Go to Wagyu.io
Click on “Download Undead Blocks (Beta)

2: Fill in the required informational fields.


3: Connect your wallet on the same page
First, navigate to your MetaMask app. On the wallet you wish to connect with, click on
connect, then Connect again on the next page as shown below.
After connecting to the website, click on the blue “Connect” button. You will receive a
notification to your MetaMask app to Sign, as shown below.
After Signing, complete the captcha and click on ‘Create Account’. A popup will show to add
your profile picture. Choose the picture you like and click “Finish”

Step 3 – Download the Undead Blocks Beta


1: After adding your profile picture to finish setting up your account, you’ll be taken to the
Wagyu Dashboard. Link here for your reference: https://www.wagyu.io/dashboard
2: Click on ‘Download Beta’ and Choose the Mac or PC version, and click Download.
Step 4 – Open the Beta and Start Playing
A: PC Walkthrough
1: Head to your Downloads folder after completing the download, you’ll find the Undead
Blocks Launcher downloaded there (example file name:
UndeadBlocks_Launcher_Installer_1.0.0)

2: Double click on the launcher.

3: Your computer will ask to make changes to the computer, click ‘Yes’.

4: Follow the prompts to download the launcher and choose the location.
5: Choose the Undead Blocks Desktop Shortcut (or navigate to the file if you did not choose to
include a desktop shortcut.
6: Click on Install game, and once the game is installed you are ready to PLAY GAME. (Note,
you may need to download multiple updates if it is your first time downloading).

(Note: to change the location of the game download, click the small folder icon and choose a
different folder. This may be necessary as a troubleshooting step if you have trouble
downloading.)

7: After clicking PLAY GAME, game will boot up, and you’ll need to enter your Wagyu Games
login credentials on the main screen, then you’re in the game and can start to play!
FYI: If you get the popup for windows protection, click on ‘More Info’, then ‘Run Anyway’ in
the dialogue boxes.

B: MAC Walkthrough
1: Head to your downloads folder after completing the download, you'll find the Undead
Blocks Beta downloaded there (UndeadBlocks_Launcher_Installer_1.0.0.dmg.zip)
2: Double click on the file to extract all

3: Once extracted, double click on the new application


(UndeadBlocks_Launcher_Installer_1.0.0.dmg)

4: You will get a folder shown in the image, simply drag the launcher app into the applications
folder
5: Close that folder, then go into your applications folder (in finder) and open the app from
there.

6: Click on Install game, and once the game is installed you are ready to PLAY GAME. (Note,
you may need to download multiple updates if it is your first time downloading).
FYI: If you get the popup saying Apple blocked the app, click OK and then follow these steps

1: Open your system preferences (it will look like this)

2: Navigate to 'Security & Privacy'


3: You should see a option that says it was blocked from use, select 'Open Anyway'
