1. This Quote doesn't cover any other activity other the details mentioned in the description column.
2. Part may be replaced with in 3-4 weeks from the date of approval.
3. Replaced part will have warranty of 90 days from the date of replacement.
4. Please pay 100% in advance through UPI or account transfer as per the details attached at the end of this quotation.
5. Above-mentioned activity is only for office hours (i.e. Mon to Fri 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM), for after office hours will be extra.
6. Authorisation by way of P.O. is required if quoted value is Rs.10,000/- & above.
7. Further quote may be issued during repair, if found any other parts are also required.
8. Defective Parts that have been replaced with working Parts shall be returned to HP.
9. Form 38 is required in case of parts supply (Applicable for Noida).
10. The price quoted or invoiced by HP for replaced parts shall be the same as the price quoted and invoiced to the customer.
*** If this Quote is rejected, Rs.300/- should be paid to HP as minimum Service Charge at the time of collecting your unrepaired product.***

Extended Warranty Terms (Applicable for Spare Parts) HP Warranty for spare parts; HP warrants that the HP spare part/s supplied as
replacement will substantial conform to its specifications and is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The spare part
supplied or installed will have limited warranty for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of replacement. Transfer. Warranties are
transferable to another party for the remainder of the warranty period subject to any assignment restrictions. Delivery Date. Warranties begin on
the date of delivery, or on the date of installation if installed by HP. Exclusions; HP is not obligated to provide warranty resulting from:
improper use by the Customer; Customer's non-compliance with Specifications; improper or inadequate maintenance or calibration; Customer or
third-party media, software, interfacing, supplies,or other products; modifications not performed or authorized by HP; virus, infection, worm or
similar malicious code not introduced by HP; or abuse, negligence, accident, loss or damage in transit, fire or water damage, electrical
