This document outlines the development of a hotel room registration management system using the PERT project management methodology. It discusses the project background, objectives to help hotel management and customers, and importance. The feasibility study examines requirements, resources needed, and costs. Technical aspects covered include a 3-tier architecture with client, application, and database servers. Key features are registering and deleting reservations. System design details include class and state diagrams. INTRODUCTION

1) History of the subject

As part of the application of the teaching unit the Web Development We were asked to
develop a registration management system using the PERT methodology while applying the
knowledge acquired in HTML, CSS, SQL and the Bootstrap Framework. The specifications
here present define the needs that the form will have to meet, the structure, the dynamics
and the evolution of the form as well as the development time

2) Statement of the problem

The problem here is the management of information records for the reservation of hotel
rooms in a well-defined geographical area; it is a question of designing a solution
(Registration Management System) which will be able to help the company in this task.

3) Aim and objectives of the project

The goal of the project is to set up a form that will include all the functions necessary for the
management of the registrations such as the management of the hotel rooms, with the
objective of providing a better quality service by using technologies.

4) Importance of work
Said form is of paramount importance because it solves the problem of managing
reservations, which is an important resource in a constantly changing society.

5) Methodology Used
The methodology to solve this problem is the PERT Methodology with others. place to
another... • Portability which is a PROJECT MANAGEMENT method to manage the internal
factors of the project in terms of deadlines, resources in order to carry out the project
according to the terms defined between the prime contractor and the contracting authority.

I- CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FORM

 Extensibility
It describes the ease with which the form will be able to adapt to specification changes.
 Reuse
The components of this form should be reusable for new applications

Compatibility
It measures the ease with which the form can be combined with others.
 Portability
The form will have to be adaptable more or less easily to work on different execution
environments.
II- FEASIBILITY STUDY
1. Project objectives :
We aim to:
 Help users overcome their difficulties in terms of search for hotels in a given
area.
 Reduce the cost of unnecessary movement of people from one place to
another…

Targeted Users :
The project targets people like:
 • Inhabitants of Sangmelima
 Tourists
 Professionals

2. User requirements :
 Book a place to hang out
 Save money
 Avoid traveling
III- FEASIBILITY STUDY
 Internet (25,000 FCFA)
 Books/Documents (10,000 FCFA)
 Premium software (Sublime text, Adobes Pack)

Human resources :
 1 Developer (100,000/week)
 1 Designer (150,000/week)
 1 information collectors (150,000/week)
 1 Database Administrators (250,000/week)
 Workspace (10,000/month)
IV- DETAILED STUDY
After analyzing my project, I retained the following features:
 Register a reservation in the database
 Delete a reservation
V- TECHNICAL STUDY

We have chosen as technical architecture the three-level architecture because it involves three
entities: the client or the resource requester (entity 1), the application server (entity 2) responsible
for providing the resources but calling on another server which is the secondary server (entity 3)
providing a service to the first server generally the database server. Regarding the overall structure
of each page of our site will be presented as follows:

The Header or the header: present a Nav on which we have our different
functionalities such as:
 Login Icon
 Links to formula pages
 The links of the constant’s pages
VI- FEATURES
After thinking for a while, I thought it best to do it as follows:
 Register a hotel reservation.
 Delete a reservation in a hotel.
