Position: UAT Tester

Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented UAT Tester to join our dynamic team. The UAT Tester
will be responsible for executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the seamless functionality of
our new system in alignment with business requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong
analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of business workflows.

Responsibilities:

 Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on documented test cases to validate business
user flows within the new system.
 Collaborate closely with the business team to understand and clarify business requirements and
critical workflows.
 Document test cases, track testing progress, and manage defects using Azure DevOps or similar
tools.
 Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during
testing.
 Provide timely and detailed reports on testing progress, results, and any identified issues.

Qualifications:

 Proven experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or a similar role.


 Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
 Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
 Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
 Detail-oriented and able to identify, document, and report issues accurately.
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
