Objective:

The main objective of this project is to develop a centralized web application that efficiently
manages the transportation system in a college environment. It aims to streamline the
process of vehicle booking, real-time tracking, announcements, and payments for staff and
students, while providing an easy-to-use admin panel for managing vehicle data, availability,
and user requests.

Project Description:

The College Transport Management System (CTMS) is a web-based application designed to


handle all aspects of transportation within a college campus. The system supports multiple
types of vehicles including buses, vans, jeeps, EV buggies, tractors, and JCBs.

It provides separate login portals for users (students/staff) and administrators. Users can
apply for transportation, track vehicle locations in real-time using GPS, view transport-
related announcements, and manage their bookings—including cancellation and fee
payments (for bus/van services).
