Beginner Program – Fundamentals First

Intermediate Program – More Hands-On, More Physical
When your fundamentals are solid, the Intermediate Program introduces a higher level of physicality and pressure. These classes focus on:
Advanced combinations and striking flow
Timing, reactions, and real-time decision making
Controlled contact drills and high-intensity rounds
Defensive awareness, distance control, and ring positioning
Counter-striking and creating openings under pressure
Self-Reliance is a striking-driven gym, and our training emphasizes being effective from every range of stand-up fighting.
From long range to the pocket, we teach how to deliver clean, controlled strikes while maintaining balance, footwork, and defensive responsibility. Our fighters learn how to stay dangerous while standing, managing distance, creating angles, and applying pressure without losing composure.
