This is my first weight belt so I don’t have anything to compare it to, it took a few tries to find right place to fit the clip but that’s to be expected with never have a weight belt before.
Even though the leather will need some time to break in the belt is quite comfortable during squats, no rubbing or digging into sides which is a must.

It's an amazing recovery tool and a must-have!

I have tried a lot of rollers out there, and the Thor Roller is the best I have used so far. Last year, while training, I suffered a herniated disc. After completing my rehab, I experimented with many rollers to aid in my recovery after training sessions, but none compares to the Thor Roller. It is well-built and has been instrumental in my recovery both before and after intense workouts. The Thor Roller is always a part of my gym bag.

I recently picked up the Reverse Hyper from Strength Shop, and I’m genuinely impressed.

Even the most basic model is solidly built. No wobble, no compromise, just a proper piece of kit that feels like it’s made to last. More importantly, the effect it has on the spine is outstanding. If you know, you know. It’s one of those pieces that quickly becomes non-negotiable once you’ve used it properly.

Yes, it has a fairly large footprint, so you need to plan your space. But in terms of return on investment for your body, it’s worth its weight in gold.

The only downside was the instructions. They’re essentially a small, blown-up diagram of the equipment, which is difficult to read and not particularly user-friendly. That said, one quick call to the team and they emailed over a PDF version that could be enlarged... much easier to follow.

I also had a follow-up question during assembly, and the guys were extremely helpful. Quick, clear, and genuinely supportive.

First-class service and a great piece of kit. Would highly recommend.
