Now in its 15th year, Green Week is a week of on-campus events that’ll help you make greener choices in your everyday life.
From photo competitions to on-campus adventures, we’re here to show you that going green can be a blast. Let’s shake things up, have some fun, and make a positive impact on our planet together!
Green Week 2026 Events
Monday 2 March - Sunday 29 March
The Green Week Photo Competition is back for 2026! So get snapping!
Monday 23 March, 1 - 2pm
A free tour of UTS highlighting the sustainable features of our campus.
24 March 12–1pm
We'll be hiding prizes in spots all over UTS that contribute to Sustainability! Keep an eye on the UTS Sustainability Instagram page @utsgreen for clues!
25 March 12–2pm
Come along to this free beeswax wrap workshop to make your own reusable food wrap!
Sunday 22 March, 9am - 1pm
Come along for some weeding and sorting at this terrifice not for profit.
Tuesday 24 March, 5 - 8pm
Join Big Lift for scrapbooking sustainably!
Thursday 26 March, 8 - 10am
Volunteer at Pocket City Farms with weeding, seed-raising, planting and contribute to growing food for people in need.
Friday 27 March, 1:30 - 4pm
Join Big Lift for sorting and recycling at the Banish Sustainability Hub.
Friday 27 March, 4 - 6pm
Join us for an afternoon of collaging using recycled materials while watching WALL-E to finish UTS Green Week.
