In September 2021, Xingji Technology was officially founded, announcing its ambition in XR and premium smartphones. In July 2022, Xingji Technology made its strategic investment in Meizu Technology to jointly explore new businesses in providing an experience of intelligent integration. On March 8, 2023, DreamSmart Group announced its official establishment, with a headquarter in Wuhan and offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Zhuhai. On June 19, 2023, DreamSmart Group announced the commencement of its strategic cooperation with Polestar (NASDAQ: PSNY), a premium performance EV maker.

Currently, the automotive industry has traversed the 1.0 era of mechanization and the 2.0 era of electrification, progressively venturing into the 3.0 era characterized by intelligence. The evolution of the automotive sector is no longer confined to gradual technological advancements, but rather it is a confluence of diverse technological innovations, including artificial intelligence, seamless interaction, satellite communication, and cross-domain interconnectivity. Automobiles have metamorphosed from conventional means of transportation into intelligent, interconnected mobile platforms. The burgeoning emergence of an ecological paradigm rooted in "smartphone-to-vehicle connectivity" has gained momentum, heralding the inexorable trajectory of fusion between consumer electronics and the automotive industry.

The combined strengths of Xingji Technology and Meizu Technology, as well as the strategic cooperation with Polestar, allow the Group to be actively involved in the development of cutting-edge technologies in such fields as smart EVs, smartphones, XR, in-house OS, smart wearables, and trendy lifestyle, etc. Based on the concept of “smart EVs+ smartphones+ XR+ forward-looking technologies”, DreamSmart Group promotes the integration and synergy between the two industries of consumer electronics and automotive, to therefore provide users with an immersive experience across multiple devices and all scenarios.

On March 30, 2023, DreamSmart Group held the "Meizu ∞ Lynk & Co Infinity Ecosystem Launch" in Shanghai, officially launching the Meizu 20 series—a new generation of flagship smartphones, Flyme 10—the Infinity ecosystem, and the first generation of Flyme Auto smart cockpit OS which will see its first installation on the Lynk & Co 08 models. On April 18, 2023, the Group made its appearance as a company of intelligent integration in the Shanghai Auto Show, where Polestar 4—a premium performance eSUV model installed with Flyme Auto Core—also made its debut.

On November 30, 2023, the “Meizu Infinity Ecosystem Launch, Fall 2023”was held by DreamSmart Group in Wuhan, unveiling the Meizu 21 flagship smartphone series, MYVU AR smart glasses, Flyme 10—the Infinity ecosystem, Flyme Link—an unprecedented solution of smartphone-automobile-interconnectivity and more impactful innovations.

On February 29, 2024, DreamSmart Group launched Meizu 21 PRO, the first open AI terminal, and MYVU smart AR glasses with a new color of coronet blue, among other new releases. The Group's announcement of its new strategic plan—"All in AI", including redesign Flyme OS, building AI devices and AI ecosystem, marked its embracement of the new era of AI.

In the future, while maintaining focus on the full-value-chain innovation of consumer electronics, DreamSmart Group will cooperate with Polestar in developing the Polestar OS, as another effort of the Group to enhance the integration of consumer electronic devices and automobiles, to create a better product experience for users, to explore new pathways for integration among industries.
