Thoroughly enjoyed this game and loved the concept being a fun twist on the found footage horror genre. There are areas that could be improved as I felt the beginning was a bit drawn out with there not a lot to interact with, and the atmosphere could improve making it a bit more scary/uneasy. However, my soul left my body with one of the jump scares! Once the story picked up more and we the player knew there was a threat present without the character's knowledge, that's when it got spooky and uneasy. More importantly, I'm excited to see future games from this dev as there's a lot of potential. Great job!!
We are back with another review! Now, this game is the most itch.io slop to ever exist: PSX graphics, wanky movement, always the same thing. And we are FED UP!!!
I think you could do better than this, be more creative!!!
Additional Review Analysis:
-Toilet test: FAILED (KINDA)
-Mirko's test: N/A
-Patrick's eye shield: N/A
-Andrea's volume choice: 40 (Not scary enough to turn down the volume)
I know that it's made by begginer dev but it is the game rating, 4/10. Well, jumpscares are nice, but atmosphere wasn't really it but it wasn't bad either. Also, work really on sound design for future developing and for god sake -- optimize your games. I have Lenovo Legion 5 with RTX 3070 graphics card and it barely handled the game on ultra. 7K Shaders compilation at the beggining? It's not normal at all. And there's no chase sequences or I didn't see them in the gameplay. Pretty boring nightmare, but respect for not using generative AI during the development.
Cinematic Full Playthrough (1440p 60fps / No Commentary) + BOTH ENDINGS
An insanely atmospheric found-footage horror (Both Endings are fantastic)
Knowing this was created by a 16-year-old developer based on an actual nightmare makes the atmosphere hit even harder. The VHS/vlog aesthetic feels genuinely authentic, and the tension builds naturally from casual everyday vlogging into pure nightmare fuel.
The environmental storytelling is top-tier, and having two distinct endings gives it awesome replay value—that chase sequence in particular was executed brilliant. If you’re a fan of analog/found-footage horror that relies on paranoia rather than just cheap noise, do not sleep on this one.
I put together a full playthrough/breakdown covering both endings if anyone wants to see how the nightmare plays out.
good game wish it were all longer games. cant wait to see what else you do bro just keep grinding dont give up and eve work harder on one game to make it longer if u have ideas

This kid is 16, calling it "the most itch.io slop to ever exist" was very harsh.
Hi KS7!
I get the fact that the kid is 16 BUT that’s the point!! He can grow up and make some cool games!
Because this was HORRIBLE!!

For a 16 year old game dev, this is pretty good. It's been a while since I got a good jumpscare at the last moment.
great job on this game, its a linear event style design, but it works. First time i got jump scared in a long time. nice work
