Set the highest priority heading level which can appear in the automatically generated table of contents. Note the lower the heading number, the higher the heading priority.

• Default: 1

TIP set this value to 2 to exclude the page title from the TOC. This is particularly useful in wikis with useheading set on and with themes which show the first heading in the page banner.
