Hi @cossou, thanks for your help. Intercom has released their new API yesterday and some things have changed. Read the chapter about the Conversations, the endpoint is now I'll do an update for the default endpoint and some things that have change. For your issue, after fetching the conversations you must create a Conversation object and hydrate it (like User object here https://github.com/Wisembly/intercom-php/blob/master/lib/Intercom/Client/User.php#L80). |
