[Bug]: Iceberg integration tests are flaky due to stuck pipelines in HiveCatalogIT and BigQueryMetastoreCatalogIT

What happened?

Iceberg Integration tests sometimes fail with timeout exceeded error due to stuck pipeline. It mostly happens in writing methods. We need to identify the root cause and resolve the issue.
