Fix sample request issue. Remove 'type' in markdown fields.

Type field via markdown render to 'Sample Request' cause display issue.

This feature was added to link to custom type:

• Add support for markdown in the type section. Example: @apiParam {(CustomType)[http://...link-to-description.html]}

Not perfect, but currently ok. Will remove the tags or add a raw value to fix this.
