Problem Description
Compose completions have been disabled but we should provide a way for people to opt-in if they want to try it.
Proposed Solution
Created a new experimental setting
docker.extension.experimental.composeCompletionsto toggle Compose completions.Proof of Work
Confirmed that I tested this in the debugger.
