The source files for this book were provided by Cody Jackson on the website. These files were pulled down from the website on 2012-09-28. The book intro states that the book was "initially drafted on a Mac using Scrivener (http://www.literatureandlatte.com/). It was imported to LYX (http://www.lyx.org) for editing, typesetting, page layout, and other “book writing” tasks. LATEX (http://www.latex-project.org/) was used to create the PDF and HTML versions of this book." Both the raw LYZ and TEX format of the files are included in this project repository.
